    I had to return the first one as the plate on the lid kept popping out and the lid didn't lay completely flat (the pancakes ran toward the center seam) but the replacement seems to be fine. The plates do seem kind of cheap and are very lightweight, but so far this is something worth having in the kitchen. I'm not sure I would pay $100 for it but at $75, I think that was a decent price.

    I have used a griddle her for almost 30 years now from the original version to the new and improved air fryer toaster oven and conventional oven baking toasting version. The only piece of information I would add is to ensure no metal is used as well as the grilling lines are clean. Learned from my first version.
