It's hard to rate this product. I like it and it works well. The problem is how ridiculously hot the top and sides get. My son burnt his arm as he reached for something next to it. Plus there's times when you want to level out the pressing down action so you need to have a really good pot holder if the handle isn't working enough. I have found that some breads will self level as they cook but other thicker breads need the extra help of pressing down. I found that bacon cooks really well on this when used as a press, no grease splatter and cooks fast, just don't cook too much because the grease tray will fill up. If someone's not paying attention and flips the griddle with grease on it,and then turns it on, you have the potential of a grease fire. It also takes a really long time for this press to cool down. So basically this product works very well but make sure a competent adult is using it, and make sure it's being used/cleaned appropriately.

This is the second time that I have bought this product. I used the first one so much that I LITERALLY used it up. Gives your meat and sandwiches a whole new dimension of delicious. Got it this time for an excellent price.

I have had several different indoor grills, griddles and panini makers, I like this one for the multi purpose features. It’s nice to have one device to use as a grill, griddle and panini press. The price at Best Buy was very fair.

I purchased it for my mother in law, but 2 days later her kitchen was on fire, and unfortunately the product was no longer useable... I wish I waited until the fire then I'd get her the product again as a gift to make her cheer up!!

You dinguses wanna grill a panini and a quesadilla at the same dang time, well then shut up right now and buy this. Throw your george foreman grill in the landfill fill and spit on it, because the king has arrived.

Even heat, great grill lines on food. Very easy cleanup.

The heat is very even on the cooking plates. The temperature control is easy to understand. The grease catcher is the best I've seen. There was no mess under the unit to clean up. I am very satisfied with this panini press.

Got it when Best Buy had a daily deal for it. I've only used it for a week now but already in love it. Cooks really well and I am excited to try more recipes with it. Planning to purchase waffle plates soon.

I really like the fact that it has multi-function use. I can use it for more than just panini's. It is a durable product, which cannot be said about my previous griddlers. I would recommend to anyone who needs something to whip up lunch in a short time.
