The really nice thing about this griddle is its versatility. You can make a variety of types of meals by changing the configuration of the plates.

I bought this as a Christmas gift for my brother-in-law. He loves it, especially the fact that you can take the plates off and wash them individually.

I've had my eye on one of a Griddler for years. The whole 'Panini Press' thing intrigued me back in the day when the sandwhich fad started. When this went on sale I eagerly picked it up. I'ved used it for the following: 1. Reheaitng pizza. 2. Cookings eggs over easy. Make sure you have a level counter top for this. 3. Cooking burgers. 4. Grilled cheese. 5. Sausage, breakfast and Italian 6. Trimmed chicken breast 7. Hot dogs. 8, Pretzel Rolls/Breads/Tortas It cooks evenly but you have to make sure that the food you're prepping is of an even size. For example, if you don't prep your hamburger to be of an even size, it'll cook more on one side than the other. Cleanup is easy. Warm soap and water and you're done. The machine is easy to use. Just pop in the plates on the side you want and you're good to go. The grease capturing feature is probably it's weakest point. It works but it's a narrow funnel and unless you're pushing the grease out that way, there's a good chance it's just going to stick to the griddle anyway. Highly recommended if you've got bad pans that don't heat evenly.

I purchased the griddler after a very old foreman grill died, and am extremely happy with the choice. It's very versatile, easy to use and clean. Wish it were just a bit bigger, but overall am very pleased with this item.

This pannini press works well and makes a great gourmet sandwich quickly and pefectly. I love the reversible plates and is super easy to clean!

For the size and the price, this is a nice counter-top grill. It's easy to use, easy to clean, and does a nice job on meats (have done bacon and hamburgers so far).

This griddle is well built and out shines the competition. Easy to use and clean. I got rid of my griddle and foreman replace them with this.

I love making grilled veggies, chicken, grilled cheese, and warming up my sandwiches - cheese melts perfectly. Its so convenient and a lot bigger that I expected. Very easy to use and so easy to clean up as both trays are removable. And the price - absolutely worth it.

Excellent for burgers and chicken when it is to cold to use the grill outside. Does a great job of evenly cooking and is easy to clean.

Love all the functions is this grill/ griddle. Very versatile , you can go from toasting bread to grilling meats!

I bought one of these for my son, he liked it so much I bought one for myself, I liked it so much I bought one for my parents and brother, and they liked it so much I bought one for my grandmother! Make hot sandwiches, a grilled hamburger or chicken breast, quick steamed veggies, etc quickly, without heating the kitchen, and clean just as fast.

Love this grille. It does the work of 5 appliances. Would recommended this to everyone who loves to grill. Fast and easy. Excellent.

Overall this product is a pretty good machine. I love how it's so easy to cook on and is ultra easy to clean! My favorite thing to do is fold open the griddle and make flapjacks! They come out perfect every time. Use the other side of the griddle to cook up some bacon too and have a full breakfast cooked all at once, no waiting!

I had a gift card to use and thought this may be a good thing to have, wasn't sure how much I would actually use it but knowing the plates were removable was a deciding factor in purchasing it. I am pleasantly surprised how easy it is to clean it and I use it a whole lot more than I thought I ever would. The only reason I don't give it a 5 is the fact that you have to purchase the plates separately if you want to use it as a waffle maker.

This griddle can be used in several different ways. You can also purchase plates to make it a waffle iron.

Makes great grilled sandwiches. Easy to clean up with removable grates. Much better than the Foreman that I replaced it with.

I love my new griller! It's so easy! And the fact that the grill can be washed in the dishwasher makes it so easy to clean!

Seems to work very good, the only draw back so far is that you need to use a good bread when using as a Panini Press. Clean up is very easy compared to other brands.
