This is my first all electronic mixer and I am really happy to have one that works so well. It's more expensive than some brands, but well worth the money if you do even occasional food prep. I really like the plastic carrying case, but found it was a little tight to store the mixer accessories (dough hooks, whisk, and beaters) AND the power cord in the case. Consequently, it is difficult to get the mixer to "snap" into the top of the carrying case when you put it away. I haven't pushed too hard on the mixer when snapping it into the case out of fear that I will break the plastic parts. Also, I thought that the set was missing an accessory when I saw there was only one whisk that can be snapped into the mixer, but looking at the instruction book, I can see it was designed for a single whisk. The ejection button works well, the operation is very quiet compared to other mixers (a big plus for me as my kitchen is open to my living area), and the speed ranges from super low to a reasonably high speed, perfect for all my recipes.

A beater broke on my older Cuisinart hand mixer and replacements were no longer available, so I had to get a new mixer and chose this model as the closest equivalent. On the plus side, it's powerful, comfortable to use and not too heavy. On the minus side, the self-described slow-start feature doesn't start at low speed; it starts at a high speed and then drops down after a few seconds. Thanks to many previous reviewers mentioning this, I didn't expect it to actually start slowly (which my older Cuisinart mixer did) and avoided a mess. I would suggest using this mixer in a deep mixing bowl, so spatters coming off the beaters will hit the sides of the bowl and not the kitchen walls. I haven't used the dough hooks. The plastic storage case seems pointless to me; the cord doesn't fit well if the tools are in there (and I don't even see the cord in the photo), the mixer doesn't snap on and off easily, and the combined unit is quite tall. I'm generally satisfied with this purchase, but might choose a different model if I had to replace it.

My wife and daughter have been extremely happy with this mixer. They purchased another brand and were unhappy with the power and performance. This gives them both!

Great quality for an even better price! Quiet and compact. Love the storage for the beaters! Multiple speeds make even the littlest job easy.

I can already tell after a couple of uses, this is going to be a great hand mixer. Comes with several types of attachments, and the storage bin is a plus. I can tell it is more heavy duty than other mixer that I have wore out.

Have a Kitchen aid for over 30 years. Wanted something smaller and quicker to use. This hand mixer had great control and power. Easy to use and handle. Super kitchen tool for the beginner to the pro. Great power and super speed control choices. A great mixer choice.

I don’t love it quite as much as my old Kitchenaid but I’ve not heard great things about their new cordless hand mixers. I’m still getting used to how you operate it. Apparently a specific beater goes on each side. I found this out the hard way when the beater kept falling out. Also, to make it go you have to turn it on with one button and then adjust speed with another button. The KitchenAid was a one button process, just a little simpler operation. It’s a minor thing but I have to get used to it. Overall works great. I like the storage case that keeps the beaters with the hand mixer.

I love my new Cuisinart Mixer. It is lightweight and easy to use love the different speeds easy to clean and love how it has its own compartment

My old hand mixer died and needed a new one. I love the multiple speeds on this and the light weight of the mixer.

This a nice product it works great, has enough speeds, the beaters pop in and out, and it all fits in the box so no lost parts.

Overall excellent quality, great performance. The 9 speeds are convenient. Not too loud. I would definitely recommend it for anybody looking to have a small hand mixer.

I really enjoy this mixer, and works very well with the small mixing projects in kitchen. The all-in-one case is so convenient.

This is a great product I like the fact that it has multiple beaters and has nine speeds so I can use it on heavier doughs

Cuisinart Power Advantage PLUS 9 Speed Hand Mixer in Brushed Chrome is wonderful. It comes in a clear case in which it can be set down on the counter as well. I should have purchased a long time ago! So glad to have it now.

We finally stopped using cheap mixers that did not hold up and did not offer many options. This is a deluxe hand mixer with a storage case for several different beaters and hooks. This one really does every job, is quick and easy to use. You can tell it's a pro model by the way it handles and feels. the see-through storage case is a bonus that will prove useful as time goes by--no mixer in one place and the tools and beaters in another.

After reviewing all of the hand mixers on the market, this one seemed to be the best for the price and so far I am completely satisfied. Having 9 speeds is especially useful and having the attached storage compartment makes keeping all the parts together easy.

Our trusty old hand mixer couldn't handle our stepped up baking program with three granddaughters, so we looked for a replacement that could do the job without balking. We bake several times a week, and use the mixer for all sorts of preparation. Its digital speed control and changeable cord angle make it easy for children and adults to get the results they want. Very easy cleanup as well. Oh, and it's beautiful to look at and hold.
