Decent Roasting Set

It is basically no more or less than I expected in terms of quality. Good enough to use for the task, is a little bigger than I expected when ordering online. Definitely will hold most birds with no issue. The tools are of decent quality. I do find the thermometer to be a bit off as the roast we cooked with it was much more done than the temperature indicated.

Nice Pot - Cheap Knife!

The carving knife however started to rust with the first wash. This may have been the carving set meant for Walmart! I may try to return the knife alone! I'm using this roaster tonite to make a goulash as it is very deep.

Wonderful roasting set

Even with a ham glaze baked on, it cleans up super easily. The only "problem" is that this pan is big and deep, so it limits what I can use it with. I love it so much that I bought another one for my mom.
