    Smoker didn't work properly the 1st and only time we used it. I reached out to manufacturer and went back and forth for almost 2 weeks before they agreed to ship out replacement parts. I still haven't received notice that the part has shipped and another week, almost 2, has passed. Very disappointed considering the cost of this item.
