The tech was very rude and unknowledgeable on what he is doing. The first installation was a complete disaster and the second appointment with the same tech was just as terrible. The tech even proceeded to try an lecture me after my husband complained about his service and lack of professionalism. Weeks after the install the radio now cuts off intermittently and is the screen is hot to touch. As a result I have to take off more time from work to go to another location to have the issues fixed. I will never go back to Valleystream NY for any service. The only person that was helpful was the manager that tried to rectify the issues and give us 10% off and explain total tech service we purchased.

Excellent service. I went there to fix the front dash cam. Since there was no specific wiring required, instead of charging for standard installation, the person charged me for 15mins labor. Excellent ethics.

I had this installed as an affordable necessary replacement and I have enjoyed the sound quality, the ease of use, and the help I got from Best buy making it plug and play so that everything works easily for the sometimes confused old man. I enjoy this stereo.

These guys were extremely helpful in disconnecting my car’s subwoofer! I installed it with an amateur electrician buddy of mine, but apparently we did so very incorrectly. These guys pointed out issues and got everything set up so that I could easily sell the whole system!

The agents in the car audio department uninstalled my car stereo system for me in my old car, since I wanted to keep it, and then installed the original manufacturers car stereo receiver back in for me. The job was completed quickly and efficiently, and the price was less than I thought it would be! I would definitely recommend Best Buy for any work related to car audio. They did a great job!

The young man who fixed and re wired part of my dash cam did an amazing awesome job. I had no idea that the dash cam had a fuse! He diagnosed that the fuse was broken/burnt out. He replaced the fuse and fixed a bit of wiring and was done.

A very competent Geek installed my new Kenwood radio with DVD, allayed my fears of it being a complicated install since the factory installed one was double din with gps—he had it all done within 3 hrs or so and showed me all the new features of the radio, how the blue tooth, satellite radio, apple car play worked and patiently answered my questions and concerns.,made recommendations - even at a follow up visit!

I nchose the SiriusXM instl due to my new 2024 Honda Hybrid did NOT come with it and I have loved having SiriusXM in all my last 3 Cars over 15yrs!

Geek Squad did an awesome job on the installation. My installation required additional labor to modify the interior trim. I am very happy with the job that they did! I have been to other installers in the past and had nothing but problems with dash squeaking, cracking and etc., but not with Best Buy and the Geek Squad. Another great job! thank you guys!

My stereo was a CD/DVD player. They also installed a USB plug in my dash. They did a good job cosmetically. The next day I went to play a DVD it would not work and the microphone so I could take phone calls thru my radio did not work. Brought it back the following Saturday they fixed the problem with no trouble. Thanks

I was able to have a new stereo installed and the service tack was exceptional. The time frame that was quoted was excellent and the quality of the workmanship was Superior.
