The Geek Squad was professional, efficient and knowledgeable. They didn't treat me like a little kid when telling them I want this massive box installed in my car. They gave me a fair quote that I used to shop around and eventually came back to Best Buy for the customer service and respect that they gave me. Thank you Geek Squad.

After having to cancel multiple appointments due to rain I was finally able to take the Camaro into Best Buy for Eric to instal a radio, speakers, amp and backup camera. Eric was a pleasure to deal with and performed a super clean install on the car. Since the Camaro is a super clean hot rod, I really appreciated Eric’s attention to details during the install. The car also looked very clean when I picked it up. Can’t say enough about how happy I am with this experience!

Radio installed. Very nice. Very cleanly done. Made sure it worked. Ready to go. Single deck radio for 94 lincoln. Double deck for the 95 cadillac. Microphone set out of way but in good position. No wires exposed. Love it. Great sound. On 3 and loud enough for casual sound. Sidney was very respectful and helpful.

My car was a new 2020 Toyota Corolla SE non-JBL package so no factory amplifier. I purchased most of my sound equipment through other means (speakers, digital signal processor, 5 channel amp, front component speakers, rear coaxial, sub-woofer, dynamat, speaker foam). I purchased my amp kit, additional RCAs and speaker brackets through Best Buy's Geek Squad. Chris in the mobile install bay helped guide me into what was reasonable to do for a car retaining its factory head unit and what extra supplies I should have at the time of install. He was very helpful and professional. At the time of install Cameron worked on my car throughout the weekend. We hit a few snags with the car being so new (2020) but he kept me updated and explained what the current issue was. He took the time to figure out a way to retain all the factory features in relation to hands-free Bluetooth and mobility. At one point in called to inform that there could possibly be a defect in the amplifier I purchased which was plausible but he kept troubleshooting further and determined an issue with some of the RCA adapters (Speaker wire to RCA) was to blame and corrected it before I arrived to pick up. The install is clean and professional with the DSP and amp mounted on the back of my 60 seat for the 60/40. The DSP's control module was installed in my glove compartment and looks very good. Out of sight! When I arrived for pick-up Cameron was open to all questions I had about the work that was done as I am a curious individual so it was very interesting to hear how he determined what to do and where. Chris and Cameron are very good at what they do and I appreciate the time and attention they gave to my request. Best Buy Mobile Install at Avon, IN gets 5 stars from me.

I purchased at Amazon a backup beeper and asked the guys at Geek Squad at Best Buy to install it. They let me know they was no longer going to be installing items not purchased at Best Buy, but they would go ahead and do this last item. I appreciate them doing it…it works perfectly. I am bothered they will no longer offer that service, as Best Buy has a limited auto items. I also used t shop at Best Buy…while I waited.

Great service and great product. I will definitely continue using Best Buy as my go to for everything electronic and stereo.

After my CD player broke on my car radio, I decided to upgrade to an in dash radio/cd player for my 2011 Audi A3. This one was recommended by 2 different shops. It includes apple/android play, CD/DVD player and back up camera capability. I am totally happy with it. It mostly integrates with my existing controls. If you are having it installed, get the dual FAKRA antenna for better radio reception. The unit comes with 2 USB export ports and 1 HDMI port but they only supply 1 USB cable. Get an HDMI cable and a 2nd USB cable if you want the flexibility to change phone type or input video sources through HDMI.

Everything went well. I was satisfied with the service I received.

The employee that are stalled my DVD players was excellent you really took his time and did it correctly everything was neat very polite I would definitely recommend them to other people he definitely knows what he's doing. Even when I had a different DVD player he was able to tell me that it could not be mounted properly which disappointed me at first but then we were able to look online and he found one that would suit my needs so he definitely knows what he is doing

To start, the techs were AMAZING. Colin and Giordan know what they're doing and I was pleased with how they treated me, and made me feel in great hands with their work. Now for the bad... I got the Best Buy TOTALTECH membership back when I got my original system installed. I paid $180 a year to have my audio system installed for free, including the purchase of product from Best Buy. There were so many amazing perks that made me love Best Buy and want to give them the $180 and my loyalty. That has all now gone away, with the installations no longer being free, and all the other GOOD perks for Totaltech being diminished and replaced by Best Buy Total which feels like a scam for the customer. I got a new car and was giddy to go back to best buy and buy new speakers and have them install a new system on my car, only for the estimate to be given and make me never want to go back again. Needless to say, I will be cancelling my membership and will not be supporting Best Buy any further. Your company is not what it used to be and from the research I've done, the abolishing of the Totaltech membership perks is just the tip of the iceberg. My money will be spent elsewhere and I hope that others follow suit. If any sense of care for the customers comes back to fruition, I will gladly come back. As for the current state of the company, I will abstain from buying ANY product and will gladly pay a premium anywhere else. CUSTOMER SATISFACTION OVER EVERYTHING!!!

I purchased compustar 2-way remote start package (includes instal) 3 sets for cars in family at a discount during Black Friday deals at Thanksgiving. The Geek squad instal guys did an excellent job, though the Lexus needed extra charge due to some extra instal for door opener etc., Overall I am very much impressed and the quality and service is great.

The product and service was great only one item had to be returned due to wiring was old school and not able to install keyless entry kit , but the guys were Great Specialist.

Installers did an amazing job. Would highly recommend this to anyone looking to get their speakers done. Awesome work!
