    I am extremely grateful for the service provided by the Geek Squad associates, for their assistance in the store and when they visit my home office. Consistently, the Geek Squad associates are punctual, time-efficient, and knowledgeable. I was particularly impressed by the most recent service provided to connect a new television screen to my home theatre. The technician walked me through the process of how to turn every part of the system before he left.

    Greek Squad check home theatre set up;add streamer

    Anthony and Mike did excellent work in checking and adjusting home theatre set up including connecting a hearing aid streamer. Two other Geek Squad teams had previously tried to connect the hearing aid streamer but were unsuccessful. All home theatre working well now after Anthony and Mike involvement.

    Mixed feelings about Best Buy but Geek Guys oK

    It was very difficult to get Best Buy in Woodland, CA to tell me how to schedule Geek Squad to come to my house. Finally I asked a guy that I saw going to a GS truck and asked him how to get a person. He took me back into the store and made them help me schedule a visit. I find that BB in Woodland is very unfriendly to customers and you have to push to get help regarding just about anything once you have made a purchase which I did. I bought a MOTO Power 5g android and an apple computer but to get help with any of it was impossible until I PUSHED and PUSHED for help. There was one nice guy working there called Angel and he spent the time to help me with my phone. what a nightmare. The Geek Guys that came to my home to work on the TV were very good guys and the job got done. I don't look forward to ever having to go in to BB in Woodland because it is not a good experience when you need help with a product you bought with them. That is my evaluation.

    I have been a Best Buy member for over 15 years, and have received the best products and efficient technicql service. I did not believe you could get any better until my last Geek Home Visit. The tech reorganizeed my entire programming system and brought an old lady up to the 21st Century with the professionalism of a tech giant and the personna of a grandon. Amazing new life. Thank you

    The technicians helped set up our TVs and solved some connectivity problems that we had been having. They also gave us some ideas on solving some hardware issues that we had been having. The technicians were knowledgeable and helpful.

    Sorting out Home Theatre Issues

    Overall highly recommend using the Geek Squad for your home theatre issues. Twice I’ve had them out, first on initial setup and now after having two different satellite techs changing out my tv service. Things were not exactly right after their installations. The Geek Squad corrected what they had setup incorrectly to get my sound issues corrected and make sure of the tv setup on screen. And they answered some questions I had on possibly doing a few things wrong on the setup guide trying to correct some of my issues. Don’t hesitate to get an appointment with them so that you mat enjoys your viewing entertainment.

    Usually, the geek squad can really help out, but this was one time where they weren’t sure what to look for. I was having trouble with my TV and that I had volume, but no picture. The geek squad initially set up my home theater some years ago and they should’ve just told me to check the back of the box where everything is plugged in to make sure they were plugged in correctly, but they did not. They just said it was a Spectrum issue or I needed a new cable Otherwise I would’ve had to pay someone to come out. I finally found the issue out myself and fixed. It took all the cables out and reset them, and that solve the problem. I spent a few hours between trying to call the geek desk and actually driving to the store to speak to the geek employees. Everything would’ve worked out if the geek squad on the phone would’ve just said check your box and make sure the connections are solid. Very disappointed since I pay a lot of money for the service

    I use so many services that wasn't best buy for years. After being ripped off for the last time i said to myself let me give best by a chance. Best buy geek looked at my computer and fixed it for no charge. Then he told me about joining the service plan at best buy. It was the best thing i did. Not only will the geeks fix what they can fix but also recommend your best options. One of many best things they do is take time to teach you. The best buy i go to in south point ive learned so much how to work my computer from them and i am grateful for our relationship. I believe ive had a greek contact for about five years and will continue. Plus ive used geek service at my home to set my tv's up.

    Justin Is the best! He is the main reason I buy anything from BB. The bad news is that SONOS has fallen off the rails w/ their latest app Update! I can’t believe a publicly traded company has no clue how to perform an app update?

    they did the best they could . they couldn't get the door bell to ring with the house chimes like it did before but they were able to have alexa to notify when someone is at the door

    The agent discussed the options after he diagnosed the potential problem with the TV and discussed the advantages and disadvantage of the different alternatives. He discovered that I needed to replace the power board. He ordered it and kept me informed on its status and installed it on his next visit and tested it and it has worked fine ever since.

    The installer did a great job figuring out the best way to connect the TV, DVD/Blu-ray player, stereo, sound bar, earphones. It was a real mess the way I had it set up and took someone with a lot of knowledge to get straightened out and working fantastic. He was very professional and did all we asked.
