We recently ditched Xfinity and went with You tube TV. After Paradyme came over to assist us with setting that up their technician told us that our amplifier likely had a blown fuse and so our patio speakers would not work any longer. A friend suggested, rather than spending $4k on a new amplifier, we should try the Geek Squad, so we did. Jack came out & assessed the problem and suggested a Sonos could fix the problem. He was correct! It cost $700 and he hooked it all up for us, set it up on our phones and the patio speakers are up and running again! I am beyond pleased with their service and punctuality. Jack texted me directly each time to let me know exactly when he would arrive. I highly recommend this service for anyone with a technical problem.

Anthony and Mike did excellent work in checking and adjusting home theatre set up including connecting a hearing aid streamer. Two other Geek Squad teams had previously tried to connect the hearing aid streamer but were unsuccessful. All home theatre working well now after Anthony and Mike involvement.

It was very difficult to get Best Buy in Woodland, CA to tell me how to schedule Geek Squad to come to my house. Finally I asked a guy that I saw going to a GS truck and asked him how to get a person. He took me back into the store and made them help me schedule a visit. I find that BB in Woodland is very unfriendly to customers and you have to push to get help regarding just about anything once you have made a purchase which I did. I bought a MOTO Power 5g android and an apple computer but to get help with any of it was impossible until I PUSHED and PUSHED for help. There was one nice guy working there called Angel and he spent the time to help me with my phone. what a nightmare. The Geek Guys that came to my home to work on the TV were very good guys and the job got done. I don't look forward to ever having to go in to BB in Woodland because it is not a good experience when you need help with a product you bought with them. That is my evaluation.

It was nice having the Geek squad here four times after buying a 4K Samsung TV. I also bought a 4K receiver and a 4K DVD player from Best Buy. When I turn on the TV in the morning, I sometimes get a "source" message for about 5 seconds. Also, when I turn on or off speakers in another room, the TV screen goes black for a few seconds. But the TV and DVD work great. I would recommend a 4K TV to anyone who can afford it. The second Comcast 4K cable box works fine. The first one they gave me was defecrtive.

I was having an issue when streaming and it wasn't obvious if it was something with Spectrum or the TV itself. I contacted Spectrum first and was naturally told it was a problem with the TV itself. I scheduled an appointment with the Geek Squad, and the agents couldn't have been nicer or more professional. The issue had worked itself out by the time of the appointment (or it was something on Spectrum's side that they had resolved), but the Geek Squad agents still took the time to check everything out and even took time to answer our questions and explain some other things to us. It's always reassuring to have someone from the Geek Squad help us!

Very skilled agents. Visited with us about we expected with antenna and streaming services. Very detailed descriptions for us. Installation of antenna was quick. After installation, they explained about the usage of Fire Stick along with the antenna. Installed Tablo TV to give us ease of switching from antenna to Fire Stix with our four tv's! Works great! Dusty and Zac were personable and friendly.
Hailee of the Tulsa Hills location was very helpful in sales and arranging for installation as well. A super team. Impressed with their professionalism and concern dealing with two 80+ customers.

I had a dilemma that the Montgomeryville, PA Geek Squad was able to satisfactorily resolve. I had purchased a subscription to a Best Buy-endorsed anti-virus program and wanted to know how to install it on a tablet manufactured by a well-known company. The Geek Squad Customer Service 800 number pointed out that a separate subscription would be needed because I had maxed out on the number of devices I had already installed this anti-virus product. I then made an appointment with the Montogomeryville GS team for a second opinion as to what to do. The GS tech rep looked at my device and then recommended that I do nothing, since the anti-virus program does not always work well with this particular brand of tablet. I took this GS rep's advice, and I have been pleased with the decision. I just wonder why the GS tech I contacted through the 800 number did not offer the same advice.

Actually writing this when I returned a Sony DVD/CD player that did not work. Kevin he.ped me and he was amazing. He was patient, listened to my issues, recommended another brand and then we discussed the Sony further and tried it out in house. Mourns out an ended up with another of the Sony I first bought, listened to all of Kevin’s direction and suggestions and am very happy with the product. Kevin is a real asset to the Best Buy..

Geek squad makes a complicated situation so much easier to understand and resolve by their devotion to quality and service putting customers concerns and problems at the top of their to do list. When I have questions about products or services, they are always available to help with answers or solutions to help resolve my concerns even if the product is not from Bestbuy. Who else does such a service ? I am a lifelong member who will always trust their services

When the two guys came out, they figured out how to have my Apple TV remote control my entire media center, instead of simply replacing another remote I had. Replacing the other remote would’ve cost me hundreds of dollars but they took their time looking at my media center and realized I didn’t need that so they saved me hundreds of dollars and they watch me through how to use the remote and make sure I knew how to control the media center before they left

Andrew again to the rescue! Another Geek Squad member had been out to check out the problems I was having with the TV and left saying he couldn’t fix anything, The TV was too old. I had the TV is about 2 1/2 years. I don’t think this is old. Andrew came out a few weeks later and had it working in about 6 minutes or less.
My hat off to Andrew with much thanks!!

Mat Frazier was a lifesaver!!! He was pleasant and definitely knew his stuff, He provided us with a stress reliever we find invaluable. He showed us how to use a controller we had on hand that works MUCH better than the Harmony controller we had which is practically useless and cannot be replaced. He knew of alternatives and told me he would look for a controller that would perform all the functions we need that is not exorbitantly expensive. In fact, we are finding the solution he gave us on his visit close to perfect and we can operate it without experiencing extreme frustration, to boot! We are very happy campers!

Previously had Geek Squad come out to connect my TV and sound system. Once they left it never work correctly. It was so bad the kids prefered not to use the sound bar. Came back to Geek Squad and complained they said to call Samsung. I did this several times and never got the system working correctly. Came back to geek squad and they finally sent some one out. They had to research my warranty plan. Evidently I had an old plan. The managers were very nice and patient and listened to everything I had to say. The finally got everything squared a way and scheduled the guys to come up. If I remember correctly they were bothers and with in about 2 seconds knew why my system was not working correctly. The problem was the original tech did not hook the system up correctly. The funny thing is I asked him questions before he left because it didn't make sense to me but he assured me this was the best way to connect things. Bottom line is the guys that came out this time were great and things have been working as I originally expected them too. My kids no longer complain. I wish these guys had come out orginally

I am extremely grateful for the service provided by the Geek Squad associates, for their assistance in the store and when they visit my home office. Consistently, the Geek Squad associates are punctual, time-efficient, and knowledgeable. I was particularly impressed by the most recent service provided to connect a new television screen to my home theatre. The technician walked me through the process of how to turn every part of the system before he left.

My music system stopped working. I'm not especially tech illiterate, but I could NOT get Sonos, Alexa, Eero, my phone, my TV, and my speakers to work together to solve the problem. The Geeks were punctual, knowledgeable, quick to understand the issues, and persistent in their effort to resolve them. When they were done with that, I was one of those, "Hey, while you're here..." customers. They happily helped with those small questions and matters as well. Throughout, they were friendly, respectful of my crib, and entirely pleasant to work with. My Total Tech membership is one of the few things that's almost a pleasure for me to spend money on.

I use so many services that wasn't best buy for years. After being ripped off for the last time i said to myself let me give best by a chance. Best buy geek looked at my computer and fixed it for no charge. Then he told me about joining the service plan at best buy. It was the best thing i did. Not only will the geeks fix what they can fix but also recommend your best options. One of many best things they do is take time to teach you. The best buy i go to in south point ive learned so much how to work my computer from them and i am grateful for our relationship. I believe ive had a greek contact for about five years and will continue. Plus ive used geek service at my home to set my tv's up.
