Great backup, had few blackouts and it performed beautifully. My PC alone draws around 450 to 500 watts and it kept it up and running till the power was restored, around 10-15 min. Just enough time to save your progress. I also love the LCD display.

WOW!! It is so nice to have such a reliable UPS system that provides so much protection and power. My computer and monitor both are more responsive and stable with the Pure True Sine Wave power. It also has 2 USB ports on front to charge your USB devices. One 2.0 and one 3.1. 12 total outlets 6 with surge and battery backup and 6 with surge only. One tip, when you install the Power Panel Personal software, turn off your antivirus first. Otherwise you will be scratching you head trying to figure out why software does not work.

Good status display, and holds a sufficient charge to keep many things running for a short time or a few for a while. Had a good test of it when we had some work done on our electrical panel and had the power off for 1.5 hours. Turned off my PC to conserve power, but it kept my router, NAS, and several other small devices powered without interruption the whole time. Also have had a couple of brown-out brief flicker and it kicked in quickly without any interruptions in power.

I needed a reliable backup power for my workstation and I decided to give CyberPower a chance. I could not be happier with the product. It works as advertised and I never have to worry about loosing power in the middle of a work session.

The sine wave type ups is the preferred one to get for maximum protection against electrical spikes. Works as it should, highly recommended.

A sufficient ups for the amount of load on it

It is a sufficient power supply for the amount of load that it can handle. I had tried it on something of a larger load and wouldn't work for me. I bought four of these but I had to take two back because of the amount of load that was being placed on them was insufficient for this size of UPS. A no ding for the product.

Very similar to the competition (which is what I'm replacing... No problem with competition, however). There was virtually nothing involved with set-up. 100% plug & play. Time will tell. The competition lasted September 2015 - August 2022. I'm anxious to see the life of the CyberPower Back-Up.

I have been a life long user of APC products. However, I thought I would give this unit a try. It was more cost effective and I liked the USB crate ports on front. Been working for a few months and everything is works well.

I bought this backup system mainly for our modem and wifi router. We are still working from home and require constant internet for work. They day I installed it we had a blackout in the afternoon for several hours. The modern and router lasted 2 hours on. We’ve had other power surges since setting it up, and internet has kept working without any problems.

Find it very practical as it supports more outlet inputs compared to other brands in the same price range and configuration. Has additional connection ports in the front of the box for USB and USB-C port. Reliable lost power where I did not even notice it. Drawback: It takes a lot of space and can be an issue. If you are limited in space, the box is as big as the average desktop.

Couldn’t recommend a product like or similar to this for anyone who cares about the technology they use everyday. With the common brownouts and crappy power grid, it’s nice knowing that my computer can be safely turned off in the event of a total power loss

It has a nice control panel that makes it easy to know the charge capacity and rate of discharge. The pure sine wave output helps computers last longer.
