After looking for gaming PCs to buy I stumbled upon this one. I have read several reviews to aid in my decision making process. So far, this computer has not given me any problems. I am able to run overwatch, LoL, rocket League, and several other games perfectly fine. I have had to drop some of the graphics settings on overwatch to avoid slowing down of gameplay. The look of the machine is awesome, the lighting is great. The fan has been very quite, however I am often wearing headphones. For the price it’s hard to beat. I would recommend for anyone looking for an affordable first gaming PC.

The specs looked good for the price at first glance, but left a bit to be desired upon closer inspection- The optane unit was only 16gb, while a 32gb isn't much more expensive. A 3tb hard drive is nice, but it's only 5400 rpm. The motherboard (z270-A pro) only has one m.2 slot, which is taken up by the optane unit. All of these I could work with/ around, but the first time I turned it on it froze trying to install Windows 10. After a couple of tries it finally installed but would lock up every 15 minutes or so. Two days in it froze and couldn't reboot, so I reinstalled Windows 10 with the included disc. (Had to go buy an optical drive, as the computer doesn't come with one). After 5 tries it installed without freezing, but still crashed every few minutes. The initial tech support was nice and helpful and diagnosed several hardware issues before putting me in the queue for lvl 2 tech support, saying my estimated wait time was 14 minutes. Over two hours later I get a call from the next tech support guy, who asks me if I want him to install a virus protection program.... I kept saying no, and he kept trying to convince to install virus protection. He refused to diagnose my computer, saying I had to purchase a geek squad plan first. Finally he told me I should take it to the nearest Best Buy store. The next day I did, and they refunded the full purchase price without protest, which I very much appreciated. In summary, it looked nice but didn't work at all, and two of the three people I felt with were very polite and helpful. One was terrible-

Plenty of memory and storage for gaming. The 1080 performs better than expected. Would highly recommend.

This has been by far one of the best computers that I have acquired lately. So far it has performed quite well with several of the games that I have had the opportunity to install, including ill 2 and virtual pool 4. I would recommend this for anyone who is interested in simulation games, so it has good graphics and good response speed

I bought this unit to game. So far it meets expectations. Windows 10 is a pain.

So far, this has been the fastest, quietest, nicest computer I have ever owned. Will buy from again!
