A good pc when cyberpower wants to be.

I, however, had to trade my pc in 3 times. The first time was because 2 of the 3 RGB fans were not lighting up, the second time was because the inside of the desktop tower didn't have any packaging to prevent parts falling out (which they did), and the bluetooth wasn't working. I was able to replace it the third time without a problem thanks to the helpfulness of the Best Buy teams of Geneva and Algonquin. Cyberpower are unable to anything to fix this string of problems, instead saying have Best Buy compensate you for problems cause they couldn't do anything, even though they didn't build or package the pc. The Best Buy teams were sympathetic and helpful. I would be causcious buying this computer due to the manufacturer. I give Cyberpower a 2 stars, but best buys teams are a 5.

All kinds of issues

Decided to try something better out. From the beginning, I started having problems. Got the blue screen multiple times a day. After a few months, the connected monitor wouldn't even show anything. Support said it was a memory issue. THey sent me a new memory stick. Same issue. They had me send the computer back to them (cost me $150 to ship). The supposedly replaced the memory and hard drive. Sent it back to me, I'm still getting a blue screen after it's been on (not even doing anything) after a few hours. Will never go with this company again.
