I was skeptical at first due to some of the reviews mentioning "constant freezing", "fan cables not connected out of the box", and "very very very loud". Well, I've had this PC for a couple of weeks now I think, and as far as freezing, it's had a couple of hiccups, but nothing that would even come close to "constant freezing". Just a little slow loading programs at times, and remember, it is a pc, pcs don't run perfect 100% of the time, especially from the heavy use I give it. Secondly, as far as "fan cables not connected", the Best Buy Associate showed me how to take off the side of the pc that the cable might not be connected on, and it was very simple. If I could do it, you can to, trust me. I checked, and my cables were just fine out of the box. No issues there. Lastly, as far as the PC running "very very very loud", yes it can get rather loud when you really put it to work with more demanding games. But trust me, I am very sensitive to sound, I'm OCD about everything, and this didn't even bother me all that much....it has multiple fans, so don't expect whisper silence, but they're not horrible either. Now that I've gotten those out of the way, I can say I love this PC. It has multiple settings for the fan lights, with some that even rotate around the fan. Very cool. They say that the Keyboard and Mouse that come with aren't the best quality, but I think they're just fine. It is a very capable PC, and exceeded my expectations, I am very satisfied.

I bought this PC a week ago. Hardware-wise, everything was exactly the way that I wanted it. Runs games fantastic at 1080p and blows away my expectations. However, I've been running into constant issues with the software installed and corruption of parts of operating system itself. including drivers. If you know what you're doing and don't mind trying to solve problems with the software, this is a great PC, but if you are not tech savvy, this computer may not be for you. With that in mind, the computer runs fantastically and feels very smooth for gaming. Would recommend to a friend with the warning above.

This computer is the bees knees. It processes games and apps quickly and every game or app I launch runs smoothly; I can barely hear my PC no matter what game or app I am run. If you are gamer and you want to transition to PC; Ryzen 7 2700X is the one for you! It has 16GB ram so any game you play, will run smoother than Mr. Cleans head! Go out and get it now if you can!

I bought this PC on sale for $800 and was super stoked about it. The specs were awesome for the price. I looked at some of the reviews but decided to ignore the ones that talked about it freezing all the time, big mistake. This thing freezes for no apparent reason all the time. Whether it is gaming or simply browsing the web this thing will freeze. Even writing a word document this PC froze on me. I tested the RAM as cyberpower told me to do and no luck. I tried different RAM, nope. I updated all drivers and software, still freezing. At this point I would highly recommend waiting until they figure out what is wrong with it before purchasing. Now when it would work it was a great machine and crushed any games or tasks that I could throw at it. But bottom line, buy a different model.

Although it's priced relatively low, the specs are great! It can run Overwatch at 80-100 frames on max settings and Fortnite at 60 fps on max settings. Gaming doesn't seem to be a problem at all, especially when paired with the Hp 25x 144Hz gaming display with amd freesync!

I've had this computer for about 60 days now and have been very pleased with it. I've been running Streamlabs OBS as well as a plethora of different games and had little to no issue. I'd certainly recommend anyone this computer that wants the best bang for your buck.

Easy set-up. No issues so far. Runs smooth and performs all the tasks I throw at it. HIGH-END. The added mouse and keyboard are a nice touch. The custom lights are fun to play with. Keep up the solid work CyberPower PC.

This box is a beast. Nice size with some room for expansion. I could have done without the lights in the case but they are pretty. I had to return this once. The first one failed to boot into Windows and I was told by Cyberpowerpc Tech support to blow away the install that was on the computer and reinstall Windows. No biggie since I was planning on doing that anyway. It failed to boot again after 12 hours and the computer went to sleep. The replacement that I got worked great out the box and my 24 Hr test run showed no issues. CyberpowerPC support would do well to test the PC as a unit after build to insure that these issues don't happen. Also having users blow away the Windows install should not be the goto solution for a DOA machine.

I bought this PC the start gaming and streaming. The laptop I had was not cutting it.. this PC is amazing super fast and has all the things I need I would definitely recommend this PC to anyone looking for a great gaming/streaming PC

I purchased this PC to run my business. I use Adobe illustrator, photoshop, and run my Glowforge laser. The PC is fast when it isn't frozen. I've already contacted IT and they had me update the graphics card. I followed their directions and still having issues. I've probably had to hard reboot this thing over 20 times in the week I've had it. I've emailed them again and will call if I don't hear back. If I can get this resolved I will update my review. Hoping for the best.

I bought this gaming desktop at bestbuy, and it's far one of the best systems out there for a great price. I played all the AAA games and they run smoothly!

I would recommend this computer to anyone that is looking for one specifically for gaming and streaming it's awesome and cheap compare to other computers.

This PC is faster than any computer or PC I have ever owned. It is easy to set up and is up in running within 20 minutes of setting up.

Have been using this PC now for two weeks. I love every bit of it. Great graphics, runs smoothly, and the RBG coloring is awesome.

Setting up took about 20 minutes only because I took my time to make sure everything was seated and plugged in. Packing was solid and even had packing to hold everything in place inside the case. System booted up and was ready to go. WiFi is very good, speed is blazing fast for all tasks. This is a "budget" PC with high quality parts. Mostly got to play games and edit video and it's great at both tasks (play games in "high" quality mode and edit 1080P 60fps video). Haven't tried 4k video editing yet but will once I add another 16MB of ram. Lots of room in the case to upgrade, 4 memory slots, and runs fairly quiet and cool.

Great Value!!! This machine is really solid and really fast. Especially for its more modest price tag for a gaming pc.

I just bought this pc. Im already in love and i barley ran any games. I got it in the mail and everything was packaged perfectly. and i feel that they did a great job of protecting it. I had some trouble installing some of my own RAM but i found it to be okay after contacting customer service. They were very realiable aswell. I think the computer itself looks fantastic and the specs for the price are amazing. This PC is great for anyone looking to start gaming.

Runs perfectly! Even when gaming it's nice and quiet looks sleek and modern to and for the price it's a steal :)

The CyberPower PC I have received on July 4, 2019 has worked well for me over the past few months and I'm grateful for it. One of the store employees was very helpful with deciding which PC to get, which was the best deal and overall help us out with which one would do what I want/needed it to do. I will continue to enjoy my PC with how well it works and is giving me the capability to do the things that I need or want to do with it.
