I bought it on 6/20/2019 and set it on my table for 2-3 days barely using it. The fourth and fifth day since I bought it, I used it just 20-30 minutes, then it got stuck and I could not refresh or type or do anything on my screen. I waited 10 mins, then tried to click on somewhere on the screen again. It turned out that I could not use the mouse too. I had to carry it back to the store to Geek Squad to let them help me.l and had to wait my pc that I just bought 5 days ago for 1 week. I got it back to my home for on 7/2/2019 and didn’t have a chance to use it till today...and it happened like the same. This makes me disappointed. Wish I could change the new one or do something to help me because this situation should not happen with the new pc.
Ps. For the picture, I wish I could share the video.

I purchased a new computer from Best Buy yesterday afternoon. After getting it set up, and playing around with it, I had an issue come up. The screen went black for a moment, and when it came back up, it started flashing the old school "snow" screen when TV's didn't have a signal (picture attached). It would flash the "snow" screen, then go to a black screen for a moment and then back to the "snow" screen again. It continued to do this until I shut it off. I restarted the computer and it continued to do the same thing. I shut it down and checked all of the connections on the back of the computer and monitor to make sure that they were all good, and they were. I powered it back up and it very briefly flashed the home screen and then went back to bouncing between a black screen and the "snow" screen.
As directed by CyberpowerPC's website, I called the 888-937-5582 number several times this morning and no one answered. It would ring and ring, then it would go to a busy signal. I tried to call back and it went straight to a busy signal.
Will update when I hear something back from the company.

I had searched around for quite some time before ultimately deciding that this PC was the one. I brought it home, read instructions and hooked it up and started updates. Shortly after, I have had nothing short of a nightmarish time with this PC. I bought it one the 13th of August and I can state outright, that I have spent more time to to troubleshoot and fix it than actually using it as intended. I’m beyond disgusted with the scenario I find myself in. Blue screen of death came out of left field and now errors out and restarts again and again. Very disappointed.

I am not a hard core gamer (I spend a lot of time playing classic games I pick up on GOG), but my 6 year-old machine was getting long in the tooth, and there were increasingly more games that it just couldn't handle.
So I was looking for a sub-$1000 system that would at least run the latest games solidly, if not at maximum settings. And so far, this is delivering. The specs are impressive at a mid-range price, but this is a bargain. And I even picked it up on sale making it even more of a steal.
A number of reviews mention it getting noisy, but so far I haven't noticed it at all. Far quieter than my old machine, but I also haven't thrown a graphically challenging game at it yet. But I can't imagine it getting as loud as some have made it out to be.
My only complaint was that it's BIG, and it just barely fit in the space for it in my desk. I can only imagine that all that space is meant to keep it cool, though, so I can't fault it for that.

Don't listen to all these other comments saying it freezes constantly, I got mine today, set it up and it works GREAT! I'm typing this review on it currently, runs fast and smooth, I give it a 9/10, I recommend this to anyone who is in store looking for a editing/gaming desktop, for a good price, this is the one. Hasn't froze or anything, it downloads things instantly on the disk. Very fast and runs great!
Cons: only the top fan doesn't light up, but they all spins.

Bought when discounted $100.00
A friend gave me a discarded cpu cooler and I traded the Hard drives for Viper replacement ram then discovered I was able to leave the original ram memory cards in with everything running at the factory 2666 speed. Bought colored power cable extension set just for the bling. Gave away the Thermaltake PS for a Seasonic and cleaned up the wiring. A new 500GB NVMe M.2 SSD with a spiffy heatsink and a few stickers and a theme was born.
Boots to windows desktop in under 9 seconds and has remained trouble free and a joy to behold. Used for general purpose work when I bring my work home.

Haven’t had any issues and easily upgradable. Room for extra RAM and a spot to add an M.2 Drive. Quick and responsive and runs most games no problem on high graphic settings without overclocking. Can support multiple monitor function with several display ports and an HDMI port. Several USB 3.0 ports for cables like your mouse, keyboard, headphones, and possibly charging a phone. LED fans are “customizable” button on top of the PC allows you to choose from several color presets as well as a cycling option and rainbow. Ease of access to the internals for cleaning and upgrading. Definitely worth the price although I did get it on sale so look out for Best Buy’s deals.

This is my first gaming computer and so far I love it. I thought it was a great value for the specs that it has. I looked at other brands a little before I purchased this one. I've never owned any AMD products but I thought I would give it a shot. I know most people go with Intel products but in comparison expensive. One of the Best Buy employees told me that this computer is upgradeable so I look forward to adding more components when I'm ready. I installed Borderlands 3 yesterday and the game ran like a champ with max settings. There was one instance where it lagged for a second but that was it. It does get a bit loud when running graphic intensive games. Overall I like the computer a lot.

I bought this on sale for $800. Once I set this up, I immediately noticed not complete freezes, but just hangups at the login screen, opening programs and loading games. I tried everything I could think of like driver updates, program re-installs, power settings, etc. I finally contacted Cyberpower. Cyberpower customer service was very responsive. Stuck with me through multiple suggestions, but I continued to have the problem. Finally, my opinion is that AMD StoreMI technology is the culprit that is causing the hangups. I can't prove it, but I don't know what else it could have been. The only way to remove it that I'm aware of is to wipe the drives and do a complete re-install of windows 10. I should point out I never had done this myself but Cyberpower has a really good step by step for reinstalling windows on a PC that has had StoreMI installed. Following those instructions and re-installing Windows on the SSD without StoreMI took me maybe 45-60 minutes and a friend helped me with bringing the HDD back online, which was pretty simple too. After doing this my computer runs really, really well. I gave the computer 3 stars because I think for the price I got it at, not having to build my own and how it currently runs, it is great. I took two stars away to raise some caution that this PC may not be for some folks that don't want to tinker with things. I've read some really good things about StoreMI, but for some reason in this case, I believe something isn't right with it.

So i bought this PC a few months ago and decided to write this review. on of the issues i had was all the case fans were set the same direction (blowing out of the case) so there was no intake fans. i had several overheating issues with the incorrect air flow but once i swapped them around the issue got better. One problem that came from the computer getting hot is not the graphics card just shuts off in the middle of gaming. the only way to get the monitor to come back on is to hard power cycle the computer (which is awful on the spinner drive). CyberPower was awesome and cross shipped me the new Graphics card and new Ram for the system (They put a hold on your card for the cost of parts till you send it back) and in the mean time i put two more exhaust fans on top and run a box fan on the computer to keep it cool. now the issue is random BSOD's that look to be a problem with the drives. hopefully i am wrong and the new graphics card will fix my issues.
So all in all it games great when cool, check your fans for proper orientation, Terry at CyberPower is awesome if you need waranties, and i recommend it to anyone wanting a gaming computer.

I’ve had this computer for about 4 months now I am just going to tell you guys 1 thing just Bc the lights won’t work or just Bc there is a problem doesn’t mean the computer sucks PCs are not easy to build so what if there is a few mistakes this pc runs every game amazingly streaming is great recording is great as well as editing and using a million different programs at the same time remember this computer is not gonna compete with $3000 pcs as it is only $950 bucks For the price and the parts that are in it this is one of the best gaming/editing PCs on the market for the under $1000 price range

I was faced with needing a new computer (I am a casual player of WoW and online games, and Microsoft office user mostly) and wanted something that could support everything I wanted to do. Rather than go with a laptop/PC that was double the price with way less memory and didn't have a graphics card, I decided to go with a gaming PC, and I had very good luck with my previous Cyberpower PC so it was my first choice.
The machine is a little on the large side, but everything is easily accessible, easy to set up, and easy to use. The fans are a LITTLE louder than other PCs, but not so loud that it's distracting or volume needs to be turned up to hear over it. Mine came with a remote (I was disappointed that there were no instructions for that) to control the LED lights - change the color, change the pattern, change the brightness, and - most importantly - I can shut them off if I want.
The unit was packed very carefully, everything was in great shape and working properly and no issues running WoW even though I haven't had a chance to do anything graphics heavy. I have no doubt this PC can handle it though! - very happy with this purchase.

This is my first gaming pc. The setup was very easy take the foam out of the inside and plug the keyboard mouse and tower in and your up and running. The only game I'm running on this rig right now is Destiny 2 and its running that game without troubles and all I can say is wow after playing Destiny for years on console and now switching to PC the game runs and looks so smooth compared to console. The lighted colors inside the tower is a nice touch and I always like white so I really like the looks of this gaming rig. I will probably add memory to this setup as I get more funds saved up to do this but that being said the 16GB of memory is what sold me on this setup vs other machines at same price level only had 8GB of memory so that is why I went with this model. To the full power and capability of this machine I can't give an opinion on that as I've only owned this rig for 5 days as of writing this review.

Son saved up for a gaming pc, purchased this one at the direction of the Best Buy employee. He really loves it! He purchased a different keyboard (nothing wrong with the one that comes with it) as he wanted a specific light one. The fans are not lighting up but once his dad is back we’ll see if something needs to be adjusted.

Before I got this PC I actually got a cheaper less powerful CyberPower PC and it was really great but then I saw this one was on sale and when comparing the specs it was a clear upgrade and it was not going cost that much more than what I already payed. That being said, I returned the I had before and got this one and the upgrade has been totally worth it. I have a lot more options when playing all the games I was playing before and I can pretty much run all new/recent games at the highest settings at least 60 FPS with no issues. Not to mention all other actions/task that you would do on a normal windows CPU is super smooth and fast with this one. Highly recommend this for anyone trying to get into PC gaming.
