I love this PC. It plays my games well, I've had no issues with it. It's so quiet, sometimes I forget it's on. I love the colors inside the case, really nice. I'm going to be adding more ram for my own personal needs but great pc for the price!

Awesome computer. Runs WoW at highest settings no problem. Got it on sale for 750. Can’t beat the performance for the price. Running dual 32 inch monitors no issues. Even installed a third HD with ease.

This machine is extremely powerful for what it costs. I got it for $850, and it outperforms some of my friends $1K+ PCs (all PCs were new when testing). Overall, this is a great buy! Highly recommend for a small budget while still wanting a good machine.

I wanted to buy a PC that had a graphics card able to handle multiple displays (3 for now) and I wanted a PC that looked cool. This PC was a reasonable price and it met both of my requirements. I am very happy with this PC and I will be using it to run Excel on my multiple monitors.

Needed to get a PC for the kids and also didn't want to get another gaming console. Seen a great sale on this PC and am loving it so far. Easy to use, great value for what I payed. I would and have recommend this PC to friends.

So I bought this to help with streaming and to play some PC games. I mainly play on XBOX but wanted to get back into PC games. It's been great so far...graphics are great and processing speeds are excellent. The streaming quality has been great as well. Only reason I didn't give it a 5 star was because I was told by BB I could add a 2nd graphics card and I cannot. Also I had to remove the wireless network card so I could put my elgato capture card in. I only wish I had more room on the motherboard but I will know better for my next rig. Also I was disappointed that for the price I didn't get speakers or some sort of onboard audio....maybe I'm missing something?

I bought this to play Overwatch because previous computer could not handle it. I have the settings on max and game has not issues running on this PC. Good price too so was very well worth.

I love this desktop! Its fast and affordable and you can easily upgrade. I would recommend buying a separate keyboard. The one it comes with is a membrane keyboard and I'm not a huge fan of those.

If not for a graphics card issue, I would've given the computer a 5 star RAVING review. Unfortunately, I'm having issues when streaming video from Amazon Prime Video, Netflix (website), the Netflix Windows App, Fox Sports Go... pretty much ANY streaming site. THE PROBLEM: Every few seconds the video will freeze for 1/2 to 1 second & then resumes at the current stream point. This might be fine for some people. My wife isn't terribly bothered by it, but the glitchy quality renders watching streaming useless to me. I was able to remedy the problem when watching Netflix from their website by using Firefox and disabling hardware acceleration in the browser, leading me to believe that this is a Radeon RX580 issue. Unfortunately I've not figured out a way to alleviate the problem when using any streaming Windows App. FYI, this isn't an internet speed issue, as Speedtest by Oogla indicates my speed at 215.92 Mbps down & 14.22 Mbps up (at a ping of <1 ms). AT THE STORE: My suspicions were further bolstered when I stopped by the store & spoke to an associate in the electronics department. He called someone in the 'geek squad' & asked them about the issue. Whoever he called said it was a common issue with this model & the return rate was extremely high. They said I was still within my return period & have offered a refund. WHAT'S NEXT?: I REALLY want to keep this computer, and It seems that the issue shouldn't be terribly hard to resolve. I've contacted CyberpowerPC for guidance. I'm hoping they'll either allow me to pay an additional fee & send me an upgraded card, or replace it with an RX 580 that doesn't have this issue. My final thoughts: If you are not going to stream video, GRAB THIS COMPUTER NOW! It's amazing and I can't find anything even close at the price. If I get this issue resolved I will change this review (or re-review if I can't change it).

I bought this for my son as a gaming computer and he loves it. He loves the colors and all the glitz and glam on the computer and mouse. I have to say we chose a really great tower for him and couldn’t be happier with the purchase. Thanks Best Buy for everything you guys are great !!!!

Amazing gaming pc, still have it to this day. Only thing i've done so far is upgrade the ram to a higher Mhz. Runs every game smoothly.

Arrived on time. It exceeded our expectations. Runs very smoothly. I got this for my son. He is very happy. Very good speed. Look and performance is excellent.

I’m really happy with this computer I can edit and record my video games 60fps and 16gb Ram helps a lot and it’s very fast computer and I recommend this computer

Does everything I need it to do. Game, school work, apps, all of it. Loving every minute I use it. Hopefully it works many more years and for many more games.

I'm not even a gamer and I'm glad I bought this computer. I was after a machine powerful enough to handle all the visual effects needed for video podcasting and yet affordable. This was the ticket! I was concerned at first about whether the AMD processor could compete, but after reading a number of things online, that fear was gone. Actually, for my purposes I think this generation of AMD processor may be better than Intel. It's handling audio and video editing, online communications and all the regular office stuff, and I didn't have to break the bank. So far I'm very pleased.

My son loves the computer. Said it's very easy to operate. Has great graphics, and perfect for all his gaming and photo editing. Would highly recommend.

I love the colors, the speed, the GUI, and everything about it. I love that it is just so easy to use. It holds a lot of games with 2T.

I normally built my own computers, but I had not time to upgrade my current tower or rebuilt. I did a lot of research and i was drawn between two brands. This one and another, but after playing with it in the store, this was a no brainer for me. I am far from a gamer but, gaming computers always have the power I need. So on boot up, the Solid State made start up so fast and it was seamless. I have been using this for about 1 month now, and I had no issues. I did download a game, and the quality of the video card was fantastic

I am SUPER happy with this purchase, everything is great about it and it is my first Gaming PC. Its great for beginners and professionals. With the good components you can easily be productive in whatever way you play.

Love the speed, the setup, and the graphics. A lot better than a regular computer.
