I just cannot believe the power that this computer spits out... Within this month I've played Sims 4, Ark, Yooka Laylee, Skater XL, and other games-- no problems! It boots up nearly immediately- within 5-10 seconds. I've heard so many things from the "PC master-race" and I'm starting to see why... I'll still game on console, but now on PC too! My last PC ran windows XP and could barely load Runescape- I'm in disbelief at how much this PC can do!

This gaming pc is very fast. It runs very well. I can open a lot of programs and it never slows down.

My son loves it! It is much faster than our old ASUS computer and we have had zero problems out of the box. I highly recommend that at the time of purchase, have the Geek Squad set your computer up, including transferring all files over from an older computer if necessary, rather than trying to do it on your own. I have no complaints at all from my son who enjoys gaming and the computer is much faster than our previous computer.

My son saved to buy a gaming PC, we found this on sale and ordered it. This systems meets all his requirements and was a good price. He says it works as expected and he was pleasantly surprised to like the mouse and keyboard included. I am dissappointed that one of the LED lights on the fan doesn't light up. The fan works and he doesn't want to be without the PC so we are keeping it.

Tons of complaints about noise, not from this one. Computer is Fast and everything I needed.

Had it for one week, I don't game, but as a photographer, I edit photos/videos regularly, great pc for it, the 16GB Ram is nice and I can hardly believe the difference from 2GB Video card of my old machine, to the 8GB Video card on this, all I can say is WOW! The details in my images is amazing! I love it! Def recommend to anyone.

Best Buy offered the best price and hardware combination for an entry level gaming pc that we could find. The shipping was delayed by 3 days for an unknown reason and the box had some damage to it. On start up the rear fan led lights didn't work. I tried to call Best Buy technical support, but after dealing with a poor automated system and over a 45 minute call-back period I had already checked the wires and found it was disconnected. The front logo was glued on crooked and the top magnet had a small dent. On top of that the left rear case screw was over tightened, causing minor damage to the screw hole. So far everything else appears to work, but since this is a gift for my son it was placed back in the original packaging and will have to wait until his birthday before I know if anything else is wrong. Hopefully everything else works when I try it in the fall since we did not connect the wifi or test all of the usb's, etc. All in all this machine seems like it will be great for my son's intent: gaming and school work.

This is grate for gaming the speed is awesome graphics is on point I love it

Overall the performance is so good and this a very good choice compared to the price...

The computer had a few compatibility issues when I first set it up, but wasn't a big deal after I upgraded to a M.2 memory storage the computer was really fast after that. I have degree in Networking and I was able to troubleshoot any problems and anyone with googles help should be able to for the price its a good computer overall

Awesome computer for my photo editing. Geek Squad set it up and checked it out for me. I have had no problems and it does everything very well. I contacted Cyberpower tech support for some general questions about the operation. They responded very quickly and took the time to answer my questions. I am very pleased with my purchase and all involved.

I really wanted to buy a mac for some video editing as my old pc was not cutting the mustard what so ever. Someone suggested a gaming pc for what I was looking at and well this one fit the bill. For what was in the store at the time this was the best deal going. I added another 16 gigs of ram and this pic edits video very well for me.

This computer was great right out of the box. The first day had a few hiccups but nothing updating drivers couldn’t fix. It does everything I wanted it to and I’ve only noticed loud fans one time. The keyboard and mouse that come with it are adequate but I’m sure I’ll be upgrading them soon.

Computer is quick and quiet. Was packaged extremely well and I paired it with the same monitor on display at Best Buy. Real brand name parts and mouse and keyboard combo is great. The only issue is that one of the fans LED lights is not working, but I am in contact with Cyberpower as we speak. Hopefully we can get it resolved.
