Replace the cpu cooler as soon as you get it home. Other than that works great and runs great. Would recommend.

Computer is quite a solid PC for gaming, pretty solid with the ryzen7700 and the 16 gb memory, 3060ti and 1TB SSD. It has run every game I have thrown at it so far, and I expect it will perform well on any future games I might play. Also a big fan of the change in design and addition better ventilation than were present in the past.

I got this product open product as my laptop was damaged and I was happy with the price, this is a beast considering it came with a PNY 3060ti, I have it attached to a 2k 165hz monitor and handles everything I throw at it.

So far it seems to be living up to the details & reviews provided. I am still in the process of completing the setup and I will say, it has been somewhat frustrating. Sure would have loved to get some documentation on setup, spec sheet on all components installed, including the manufacturer of each and a little direction on how to install other components. Documentation would have been golden and saved a lot of time!

This pc is the best after one year of use it’s fantastic great for gaming and editing videos.

The packaging was clean with no damage. the product inside was packaged very cleanly. easy to install and set up. run quietly, has different light settings that can make a great light show under the desk. the mouse is sleek and easy to use as well. i will definitly be enjoying my purchase.

Since purchasing the CyberPowerPC I've enjoyed it's features and smooth run when browsing sites or watching certain entertainment. Aside from the mouse which has a faulty left clicker that jams often (I noticed this jam the first time I started using the mouse), the keyboard works fine.

I bought this PC a few months ago in need of an upgrade and at first I was thinking it'd be a small change but it's a big change compared to the old PC. I've had no issues with it and it runs beautifully! Great Purchase

It’s a good pc which I highly recommend except the fact the it does not really have a lot of storage, but the graphics card it has is of very good quality as it can run games like Cyberpunk 2077 at high graphics while maintaining an acceptable frame rate.

The PC is is a cool build with some really nice parts. Make sure it fits your budget to get new RAM sticks because you will have to, and most sellers exclusively sell them in pairs of 2 or 4. This build comes equipped with only one which reduces performance by 20% out of the gate, because it's failing to utilize "dual" or "quad" channels. Make sure to look at the photos before buying!

The product came with a keyboard and a mouse, which I wasn't really expecting. The lights can be changed, and it runs games really well. I would recommend for any gamer. It fits well in a room and doesn't make the room to hot either.

I got this pc for a first time buy from console life. In the time I’ve had it, for being a new pc user, my life is easier with the system ran within the case

As a person who typically builds my own pc. I was skeptical to buy this at first. But, that skepticism left right away when I launched it. I’m an avid gamer and beginner 3d artist. This is the best bang for buck imo. Would totes buy another.

Excellent computer for gaming. Runs everything I've thrown at it on Ultra settings with no stuttering, frame drops, or lag. Case has a good weight to it and it's easy to clean.

We went to the store and were observing the prices and not planning to actually buy a PC and the people that attended us were super nice and really good convincers and we ended up buying the PC because of the salesmanship of the employees

Everything arrived with the expected components and was intact. There were no problems with the product and everything was in working order. The only issue I had was that there was only a single stick of DDR5 16 GB RAM. This makes filling the RAM slots difficult because where are you supposed to find a matching stick of RAM when all RAM is sold as dual channel (two RAM sticks). That means I'll have to search for someone selling a matching RAM stick or just replace it. I wish there had been an option to add more RAM. I would have paid an extra $40 for it because it would save hassle in the long run. Additionally, while the case seems to have adequate cooling (based on my limited testing), I would have liked to have perforations in the glass panel door near the GPU. That however is a personal preference and I'm not sure if it would increase performance, it would simply make me feel better. (The one positive I can say about the case is that the RGB lights can be turned off simply by pressing the button at the top of the case.) It seems like a good value for the cost I paid though and it saved a lot of time in having to source and build the PC myself. It would just be better if Cyberpower PCs had more options other than simply changing the CPU/GPU.

Fast, well built, and plenty of room for upgrades. Looks great and has plenty of IO, as well as super fast WiFi with included antenna. I look forward to having this as my main Rig for the forseeable future

I don’t normally recommend pre-built computers, however, this one is a beast and is still going strong 2 years later!
