Do not buy this product!

All of a sudden it started crashing back to back. I exchanged it for a replacement. More then likely just an issue with that specific computer, right? WRONG!! It happened again with the second one I exchanged for!! Do not buy!

Great value for the price

Looked at the specs and compared with other models. Most systems are hundreds more for the memory size

I switched the keyboard and mouse for my 8 year old gaming keyboard and mouse that is way better

Plenty room for expandability as I plan on getting additional RAM and a slot for dual bridging graphics down the road when AAA titles become more demanding

Great, but..

I caught it bluescreening when using the usb c ports. Not sure if a hardware issue or a windows thing but the easy fix is just not to use the usb c port. Other than that it has been flawless for her
