Avoid if able!

Bought this and problems right out of the gate - computer would frequently and randomly restart, which is often indicative of overheating. After a few months of trying to track down the issue with little success, it randomly restarted one day and wouldn't come back on. Check the light on the motherboard and it says the CPU is bad. Call up CyberPowerPC and although the computer is covered under warranty, I have to pay to ship it to them. So now their inability to competently build a PC and conduct quality control has cost me an additional $170. A company that owns such a large share of the gaming market should contract out with local repair shops in order to avoid their customers incurring massive expenses when their bad products fail. Will never buy a product from them again, if this thing goes out again, I'm going to just pillage the parts that are still good and make a better PC out of them.

Do not buy this product!

All of a sudden it started crashing back to back. I exchanged it for a replacement. More then likely just an issue with that specific computer, right? WRONG!! It happened again with the second one I exchanged for!! Do not buy!

Just Good

I switched the keyboard and mouse for my 8 year old gaming keyboard and mouse that is way better

Was not used very much as it is my teenage son's and he is either playing sports or, if home, playing his ps5 more than the computor. The computor stopped working. Won't power on. It is dead. I bought this in January of 2025 and it is now June of 2025.

I went in for an exchange and the even the second computer started crashing OVER and OVER again after a couple days. I do not recommend this product.

Beware of the blue screen of death.

Computer crashes at least once or twice during a two hour session. Up to at least five times. Crashes are random. Had to return it due to defect. The specs were what sold me on this machine. However actual quality did not hold up.
