Happy once again
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I previously purchased a desktop computer from Cyberpowerpc almost 9 years ago, and it served me faithfully for about 3 years (before I decided that I needed something more portable for college). Now that I have made it through undergrad and grad school, I have now finally transitioned back to a desktop through Cyberpowerpc once again and am very happy with this build as well!

junk power supply
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.If I could give a 0 I would. Power supply went out in four weeks. Just a warning, don't replace on your own even if your child needs the computer for information placed on a hard drive for a school project. Cyberpower will not reimburse you. you will be required to send the power supply back to them at your cost. If they find it faulty they will send you a new one. If they don't you will be SOL. I tested the power supply and it is in deed bad. I replaced with aftermarket which will probably be better in the long run. Just disappointed in the quality of this machine. For the money I expected better.

solid purchase

Crashing/Blue Screen

Then when I returned it I had to pay an extra $160 for a downgraded PC that ended up having the same blue screen crashing issue. Will be returning for a refund and trying a more reputable website.
