After we installed the software, we noticed that the F8 is not working. The sales person at best buy told us that the keyboard can't be replaced separately. We were also told the PC should have built in wireless. It took us quite some time to remove everything. But when arrived the store, we were told the PC didn't have the built in wireless and the keyboard could be replaced separately.

We originally got the HP all in one computer we have HDD issues and with in a week. So I went online and looked at all the desktops instead and saw this puppy. You will not be disappointed and I paired it with the 24" Asus Monitor which is a great monitor by the way!!!

I wanted a pc to do video editing that would keep up with technology for a bit. Ended up choosing a "gaming computer" since it had all the specs for a great video editing unit. This thing is stable and FAST! Suggest you get a bigger SSD boot drive though.

One of the best PC's you can get for the price

I am absolutely thrilled with this PC. Mine came with an 800W PSU, an LG 24x DVD writer/reader, 128GB Sandisk SSD, Toshiba 2TB HDD, 16GB of XPG DDR4 2400Mhz RAM, MSI GTX 970 OC graphics card, a Gigabyte Motherboard, an Intel 6700k liquid cooled by a single 120mm radiator all inside of a Thermaltake Core V51 case. For the money, this is a great deal. It has room for expansion of parts and I have put it through multiple benchmarks with very satisfactory results. This PC gives my 2014 Razer Blade Pro a run for its money, though this is kind of to be expected in a desktop platform with newer parts. Overall a great machine. (I included the hardware in my system to help others get an idea of what they might be buying.)

Best PC I ever purchased. I've had this PC for 5 years with barely any issues except for the interior fans failing. They were easy to replace.

Can run Fallout 4 on ultra settings with only occasional framerate hiccups in graphics-intensive situations. Can run in-depth simulation games with ease. 2TB -- never run out of storage.

I was looking at some other comparable computers before purchasing this one. What you get for your money is awesome. So much computing power and processing power, run all of my games on ultra without skipping a beat.

I did my homework and watched for a sale. Then while everything I had been watching for on the Best Buy site was still marked "sold out", this computer pops up out of no where. I could have gone to the Best Buy store and had a sales person special order at regular price, but I waited and it paid off. What I Bought... CyberPowerPC Gamer Supreme, ( This System Is Liquid Cooled ) it has....Intel Core I7 6th Generation, 16GB memory, 2 TB Hard Drive + 128GB SSD, Windows 10.....Model SLC8040B. This system runs very smooth, and responds very quick. Very fast start up. Lots of room for future expansion. Not loud, but you can hear it running. Has no wireless card (knew that going in) will add later. The case is big and the blue light is pretty cool as well. Be careful taking the foam packing out of case, and check all connections before start up. I am very happy with this system so far. Word Of Advice...Do Your Homework and know what you want before actually buying. There are so many different computer builds for sale its confusing. Also get the Geek Squad 3 Year Protect And Service Plan. When you buy your system it will only cost you around $200.00 dollars. It covers unlimited virus and tune up. One time at the computer shop and you pay around $100.00 bucks. If you deal with the manufacturer or amazon etc. you will no doubt pay for shipping and insurance to get it fixed and then can have fun waiting to get it back. If you take it out of the box and right off the bat you have software, or hardware problems it might be better to just take it back and get a replacement. If I have any future problems I will take it into Best Buy and give it to the Geek Squad. I will try to stay away from the phone service. You can spend hours on that phone fix it game. Call to get info., but try to stay away from phone repair. I called Tech support at CyberPower and was told by a recording that there was a long wait so I asked for a call back. They never returned my call, or maybe the wait was really, really, really long. Did I mention to check all the details before and after buying your system? Check your service contract as well. Cross all your T's and dot all your I's and you will get what you want and will like it. The learning curve can cost you money.

I was due for a new PC after 6 years. I read all the reviews on the Best Buy site. This PC received many excellent ratings. Now mine is among them. The PC graphics are smooth and sharp. The setup was simple and fast with no problems encountered. It ran all the games I was having trouble with on my old PC with ease - very fast and smooth. For the price you cannot beat this PC. I could not build this PC for the price.

It is all good however the computer will freeze up at least once a day and you have to reboot to get going. Hoping my brother, who is good with computers, can figure out why?

When I received my new PC, the case was unfortunately scratched. I messaged CyberPower's tech support and I had an answer within fifteen minutes, and within another fifteen minutes a new panel was being processed and shipped to my house. Kudos to you CyberPower for having a responsive team. This machine is extremely future-proof. Here are some games and what I run them at below: MAXED OUT SETTINGS: League of Legends: 450 FPS Minecraft: 60 FPS (capped) on maximum chunk rendering War Thunder: 280 FPS Team Fortress 2: 280 FPS
