I had an IBuyPower PC and after seven months the hard drive failed. I had to get a new one, luckily I didn't have to pay anything because of the warranty it came with. Three months after that, the graphics card failed. I was sick of that happening all in less than one year, so I decided to try CyberPowerPC. So far it's fantastic. It's definitely worth it to get a Nvidia GTX 970 graphics card and an i7 6700k or above processor. It runs every game I play on high-ultra settings at 1080p 60+ fps. The case has 2 built in blue led cooling fans, making it look really stylish. It shipped with packaging foam unlike IBuyPower did to keep all the contents secure. The case is sturdy, and the hardware is crazy powerful.

Runs super smooth and quiet -- took me 5 minute to set up! The graphics card, processor, SSD and everything else honestly just wow's me! Would definitely recommend and shipping was 3 days early!

Arrived a day early, was well packaged. inspection (as advised by CyperPowerPC) found 1 cable off which was easily reconnected and everything else was well intact. Started up with no issues. Runs games great, boots fast. Is relatively quiet (but you still have fan noise). I like the keyboard and mouse as well. I read a review that someone wrote about sleep mode and it is easily changed (I switched it off). I appreciate the documentation provided for the components, as well as the disks. It is great have a machine without all that extra bloatware software.

The computer has been great except for the fact that we already need to take it in for repairs. The onboard sound card has already failed :(

I was looking for a Great gaming computer for weeks, after shopping around and comparing prices between Best Buy and Fry's, I am very happy to say I made the right decision in purchasing My new Gaming Computer from Best Buy. This computer built from CYBERPOWER came RDY to go! One thing that was a must for me was that the computer have everything a gamer would want. For me I-7, Liquid cooling, 970 graphics card and 16 gb was perfect. The first thing I did was install Fallout 4 and automatically the settings were put on ULTRA which put a big smile on my face. I have had no problems with the computer and it continues to deliver. Gamers Beware! Fallout, Skyrim, Elder scrolls online, ASHES OF SINGULARITY, This computer will handle them all!! This is coming from a Ps4 and Xbox One owner as well as someone with a 4k tv. This machine is quiet, fast, stays cool, and delivers big! I don't think anything will be needed for several years besides another graphic card. This is future proof technology.

I just got this computer and it has exceeded my expectations already. It runs games extremely well. It is easy to upgrade; I already put a Wifi pci card in and took 5 minutes probably less. I don't know about the other people but mine is very quiet. I love it and this is a good product.

I was able to unbox this thing and use it...which was a great thing. It boots up very quickly and comes with programs to keep you I/O drivers updated. Its silent and plays games like a dream. I play all games on ultra settings with little to no framerate drop. I love this pc

Bought one for my wife for college Art classes to run multi. programs at same time. It worked so great with the flagship Intel I7 6700K, and everything ran so good and fast with the SSD drive and windows on it. I had to have it for my games. I haven't found a game yet it won't run on full settings. ARMA 3 is my main game and it runs flawless.

Excellent value for the money. Fantastic system. I had many questions and researched countless hours. I also needed to be able to use this system for work on occasion and with the memory and hard drives that came with this I am very pleased. I tried building one but needless to say you can spend upwards of 2000 dollars to get what I purchased. Definitely recommend this product.

My initial thought on the machine was that the case isn't a flashy one. My old computer which had a dying GPU, broken fans, and a bricked motherboard which pushed me into buying this machine had a solid case even though it was very simple and plain, it looked great. Computers aren't about the cases though, they're about the parts inside. The price for this machine is worth it for the 970, 6700k, 2tb+an SSD and 16gb of RAM. I received my machine a day early, and the dual bonuses of Webroot and Tom Clancy's: The Division wasn't a bad deal at all. In summary: Pros: A bit pricey but the parts inside the machine make it worth it. Cons: A lackluster case and not SLI supported which is a big let down considering I have a new GTX 970 sitting in my broken machine. Overall, it's a decent machine from CyberPowerPC and should last a couple more years in the gaming world.

I have three parts to this review. The first is the experience with Best Buy, the second is observations about CyberpowerPC and getting the computer up and running and the last is the computer itself. First of all, I bought this computer the first time and when I picked it up from Best Buy and brought it home the computer would turn on, but I could not get it to work with any of my monitors (DVR-I or HD input). I brought it back to Best Buy and explained the situation and asked if the Geek Squad could take a look at it. The representative at Best Buy was very courteous and professional and explained that they would have to charge me for the Geek Squad to take a look at it, but that I could return the computer and order a second computer for no additional cost. They did offer to exchange the computer for one that they had in the store, but the store did not have any PCs in stock that came close to the specs of this PC. While I was frustrated by the need to wait another 3 weeks for the computer, I didn't want to pay the Geek Squad to look at my brand new computer so I agreed to return the computer and reorder a new one. When I finally received my new computer, it was obvious to me that it must have been a returned device. It was apparent that the computer box had been resealed. When I took the computer out of the box, everything seemed in order. However, I noticed that the 7 & 9 keys on the number pad were inverted. The number pad works perfectly, it's just a minor annoyance. When I went to register my Windows 10, the registration system did not recognize my product key that I took off of the sticker on the side of my tower. I called CyberpowerPC customer service to get help and was on hold for almost 40 minutes without talking to a representative. During this time I updated and restarted my computer. When I tried to register my Windows 10 again, it automatically worked. However, I noted that the visible alphanumeric characters did not match the code on the side of my computer. I wanted to speak to a rep at CyberpowerPC to get my product key in case I needed it in the future, but grew frustrated with the extended wait time. That all being said, the computer works like a dream! I am thrilled with the speed that the computer is able to load programs, start up, and run online video games. I would (and have) recommended this PC to friends. I also like how CyberpowerPC rewards you for registering your computer (1 year antivirus through McAfee for free) and doing a review (gaming headset). I know I would not have done a review if not for their incentive. In summary, great PC once I got it up and running. Definitely a product I would look to purchase again.

Great PC right out of the box. Very easy to set up. While the tower is rather big, it looks good. The boot up is fast given that the OS is on the solid state hard drive. Windows 10 is a nice addition as well. It is very intuitive and makes installing software and devices very easy. This is very powerful system which can handle anything.

I decided to go get a tower computer after having laptops for over a decade. Looking all around for something as future-proof as I could get. Came upon this and had all the right specs. The case with window is a nice touch. Boots extremely fast. The only sub-optimal things about this computer is that it didn't come with a wireless card (I knew that going into this) and my optical drive doesn't seem to want to be recognized. Other than that, I a really happy with this purchase.

This computer is fast, reliable and stylish. A real must for gamers. This computer has no problems playing all my games set to the highest settings. I use to build my own computers but after seeing what components came with this computer I realized I couldn't build one for less. Plus the warranty that comes with the unit is more than fair. One other thing I like about Cyberpowerpc is the fact that they give you ALL the dvds needed to reload everything if needed.

I just picked up this tower on sale for $1299.00 and my first impression is wow! This tower is a steak at $1299.00. The chip set and graphics card make it worth it all by themselves. Tower is super quiet and liquid cooled. The shipping took about 2 weeks, but it arrived safely and booted up with no problems. Packed well and had no damage.

really nice case. 3 different colored leds. red on the motherboard, blue on fans and green on the video card. plays any game i have so far installed at max settings. the network card is really fast it outperforms any i have every used. only issue i had was with the windows 10 product key. but i talked to microsoft and got that taken care of pretty easily. with the ssd hard drive everything loads up fast. really good pc.

Could not get sound to work even after spending over an hour on the phone with tech support

I purchased this desktop to replace my old laptop and I am fully satisfied. The Nvidia Geforce 970 graphics cards allows me to play almost all of my games on max settings and they have never looked so beautiful. The CPU water cooling system allows me to play games for hours with minimal heat and the 16 GB of ram leaves me with more than enough power to game. All in all if you're looking for a nice gaming desktop/keyboard/mouse for an excellent price that is organized nicely inside its tower, this is the computer for you. This computer blows my old ones away and should keep me up to date with games for a while to come.

First of all I bought this on sale on Black Friday so a plus already. The shipping was faster than expected. When I got the package there was no damage and everything packed well. Easy to install and is very quiet. This computer does everything I want gaming wise with high to ultra settings, and with all the space for upgrade in the future. I'm glad I bought this as my first gaming desktop.
