    received computer and the optical drive did not work. took it into best buy and they replaced it. 2 days later started receiving error messages about speakers. took it back to best buy waited a week to find out motherboard was no good and would be another 2 weeks. if you buy this machine definitely get the geek squad protection plan. it saved me.
