The unit was physically damaged during shipping. When I received the box delivered by UPS I noticed a punched hole in the middle. As I took the PC out of the box I immediately saw the bottom of the chassis was bent and the side cover could not be closed all the way. I returned the unit to a Bestbuy store. I went back online to order a new one as the bestbuy store was not able to exchange it for me and only gave me a refund and to my surprise the unit was now sold out.

PC has easy to set up and has been running great with no issues.

lil hesitant at first to buy a new tower out right but honestly impressed with how much power it has under it and for the cost as well it was well priced definitely worth the pick up I've had it for lil over a month now and have to admit i love it graphics card 9/10 processer 10/10 ram 9/10 ssd 9/10 hd 10/10 i highly recommend this product

High performance, fast ,not much noise ,nice design..

I went with CyberPowerPC because of their reputation and the specs to price ratio. I also love that the PC is not only stacked out of the box but also allows for plenty of upgrades down the road. The liquid cooling system is silent and keeps my rig ice cold. Its also a good looking piece of hardware too.

SO far we haven't used it,just setting it up! But I heard the best reviews and best gammer computer,so fast and graphics for 2017,so I got it for my son! Hope we are happy further on,menu seem nice and clear as well, I am sure will be very happy with it and get a great experience with it!

When I bought it the Memory were bad, It crashed. Replaced it With new one It works Fine now. Overall, This Pc is Great for Almost everyone.

I purchased this computer as it was on sale and had most of the parts I was looking for to build my own computer. It worked flawlessly for the first 2 days then got bogged down by consistent "Stop codes". The reason I still give this 4 stars is the customer service replaced the computer within 2 weeks no hassle. Hopefully this replacement wont have the same plaguing issues. This computer is very powerful though and the wiring was incredibly clean!

We were looking for a machine that would be easy to set up but still able to handle our gaming needs. This one seems to fit the bill! It was very easy to set up and came in record time.

So far I'm loving the computer. Does everything I need it to do.

The computer is stunning, build quality seems nice so for, and seems to have plenty of power. Having said that I can recommend this product if you go through Cyber Power and not Best Buy. It was a real nightmare dealing with Best Buy, but I love the computer itself.
