PSU Coil Whine is a Dealbreaker

The coil whine is even heard through my microphone connected through the motherboard. The PSU (Apevia ATX-PR800W) is not performing well. Unfortunately, this is a dealbreaker for this otherwise VERY high quality machine. CyberPower tech support has only offered warranty service, an 8+ week process. I suggest purchasing a different machine if you would like a 'plug and play' machine that does not require immediate service from the manufacturer.

Unfortunately, like many others, the GPU had a DOA set of display ports. I was able to get picture from the motherboard, but obviously that's not what you're supposed to do. I will be getting replacement from BestBuy soon and I'm hoping this issue doesn't repeat itself, though it seems this company has been sending out DOA GPUs with the same problem to multiple people.

This PC was well worth the money, powerful and fast. turns on almost instantly connects fast to the internet. handles all my work using windows office has plenty of storage plus cloud back up. gamming this pc is much more powerful than my last cyber power pc bought 2 years ago. wat made the buying decision was the 3070 TI video card. worth about $600.00 or more. Although I did find this card to be noisy, still glad I have it. This Pc is so powerful after 6 months I had to upgrade my monitor to a QHD with a 144 Hz refresh rate to get the most out of my games. Very Happy with this PC. Did refer this to 2 friends found it a great value and cheaper than what I could build this for.

Some of this is because of the normal new system learning curve but some of this is due to the forced switch to Windows 11.

It was very easy to set up and everything runs great and fast, only complaint being they did not include any instructions on how to plug in the RGB (had to youtube a video but it was simple)

My new CyberPower is basically a plug-play computer. Other than removing the packing materials, I'll I had to do was plug in the keyboard, mouse and speakers before turning it own. Then it's just a matter of following the on screen prompts. Super easy to set up and a world of difference in so far as the computer performance. Very satisfied with my purchase.
