Just another overpriced product

The wifi connection stopped working around January. I thought it was cheap wifi adapter that came with this unit so i just opt to use ethernet cable. Remind you this was January 2025. Around June, the internet through ethernet started acting up meaning, the PC connects and disconnects intermittently using ethernet connection. I took it to local geek squad, they diagnosed it and found out that wifi card was bad. The wifi card was part of motherboard so they had to send the unit out to geek squad repair center. This was June. I have been going back and forth with local bestbuy to figure out where the PC went. It just dissappeared! First of all, $1,700 PC i expect better quality. 6 months of use and in repair shop at $1,700 price tag is unacceptable. Make thing worse, i barely used the PC and only lasted 6 months! Just laughable. I found out during this whole ordeal that cybergPC is known for lack of quality and in list of many PC guru of “Do not buy” list! Little too late for me but hope this will hep other future biuyers. So research before buying this unit. I got a refund from bestbuy because it was taking so long to repair, and they can’t locate my PC! I just requested for refund today at local store. But my lesson learned, i will never purchase PC from cybergPC or bestbuy. I hope this review helps others.
