Hi so i have been having problems with the RGB. When i press the led button on the top it wont change color or modes and it has been stuck on green RGB since i got it. Anyone know how to fix it??

Im loving this computer so far and have had no issues other than the lighting in the case. My past computers have had apps to control and change the lights but now with this newer one its only changable through the bios menu which doesn’t actually change them. Other than the lights its a perfect computer

Great machine. Works for what I bought it for, no hiccups.

So far it’s working great, able to handle games without the temperature and fans going nuts like our old box, and the glass side with all the led’s inside is pretty sweet.

This is my first gaming system and i am blown away by this system.. wanted a few uogrades and this system included what i was looking for.. quick shipment and i am up and running.. love the case and mights and the power exceeds my needs..

Bought it and when i got it the computer wouldnt hook up to the monitor. i got a hold of customer support and it was determined that the ram sticks were bad. brought it back and they got me a new one in 3 days.

i love this no issues when i got it i did have a wire unplugged but it was a simple fix

Absolute beast of a gaming rig. Shipping was through UPS, who did a horrible job but that has nothing to do with best buy or CyberPower.

We have a few of these that we use for AI. Maybe not the best choice, but a pretty good choice anyway.

I loved everything about this the computer is great alot beter then what i had also the customer service at the best buy i went to was amazing. it was Best buy in Hoover alabama.

This computer was well worth the money. I debating about getting a model down and other brands but I am so happy with this purchase. No lag times, Virtual games run smooth and very happy with the graphics card

Out of all the ones shown to me on my visit, this one immediately stood out. I absolutely love how clean it looks and the lights are just extra! I didn't realize until i got home that it came with a keyboard and mouse that light up as well!! 10/10

For someone who is just getting into computers this is a great purchase and is totally worth the cost. I’ve had no issues so far and I’m able to run every game i’ve tried on high settings without overheating the gpu. Would recommend to others.

So far I absolutely love this new PC. This is my first gaming system I've ever had. The only complaint i would say that I have is that there is a wire that touches one of the front case fans, I have since moved the wire myself and no longer have the issue.
