Great PC but terrible shipping issues

The only issue thus far is the RGB from the case and memory got out of when pulsing/fading in and out and after working for an hour I couldn't get them back in sync. I've played COD BO6, Sins of Solar Empire 2 with ease at 4K on with this computer among many other games. Also Best Buy was very misleading with the ship date and thats why this review is 1 star. They said next day delivery when I ordered and I was skeptical but ordered anyway. On the day of the delivery at 7PM I even asked them if it was still coming that day but course chatbot said "yes" but it didn't come until next day. The expected arrive date was never accruate so I had to be home 2 days to wait for this to arrive instead of 1 messing up my plans for those days. The whole shipping experience for this product was poor so I'd like Best Buy or someone to acknowledge the issue and fix that.

PC had so many issues

I had downloaded Valorant when I figured out I needed to turn on Secure Boot. When I did, starting Valorant kept freezing my PC every three seconds until i closed the Riot Client. When I fixed the issue somehow (I am not texh savvy and I shouldn’t have to be for a prebuilt) my PC began to crash after startup and I kept getting the CRITICAL PROCESS DIED stop code. I reset this PC so many times but nothing fixed the issue. I reinstalled Windows 11 using a USB but now I cannot even connect to my wireless wifi anymore. My PC has a GIGABYTE motherboard and that seems to be the common factor with other bad reviews. I shouldn’t have to be tech savvy to play FPS shooters. I will be returning this if I can. Whenever my PC didn’t crash and I was able to play Fortnite and Valorant, they had good specs. Fortnite ran around 120 FPS with high quality settings and Valorant ran around 500 FPS on high quality. Fans were a little loud but it was more of a hum rather than a rattle. Either way, I wasted too many hours trying to fix this PC when I shouldn’t have to. I will be returning this if I can’t fix the WiFi issue.

The power supply is not a good brand it seems. We shall see how long the other one lasts. We had to order a better power supply for the second computer. So, buy at your own risk.
