Works and runs great. Just don't overload the memory.
Or you'll have to go back to. No overclocking

Bought this the week before Thanksgiving, and most of the PC works well.
But a rather essential component, the Wifi, has been garbage. I haven't narrowed down if it's specifically the wireless adapter yet or not.
The current Intel Wireless Adapter suddenly stops working and gets stuck in a restart loop. I'm then forced to restart the entire computer to fix it. Restarting just the adapter doesn't work.
I have been troubleshooting and am still a bit stuck at this point, and I'm not a novice at this. I contacted CyberPower's Tech Support and they were of no help. They had no suggestions beyond what I have already done and that I might need to submit a warranty claim.
I can't recommend this computer at this point to anyone, especially to people who are not as technically literate & need extra Tech Support help.

Good product. A little pricy. They had a good variety of products in their store, but was expensive.

The PC itself was perfectly fine but suddenly turned completely off while using it as if there were no power connected to the system. It literally inly had 3.5 months of usage and it was in perfect condition. I contacted cyberpowerpc support and did the paperclip test they asked me to do to find out if it was a PSU problem. The power did come back, fans and lights turned on, so they mentioned it could be a motherboard issue and that I had to ship it back to them for repairs as I had a year of warranty. This was an online purchase and to my surprise they do not cover the shipping costs which is at least 150 dollars, at least from where i live. Might as well buy a new motherboard. So KEEP THAT IN MIND before purchasing this which I certainly do not recommend. This product is going down in price and I have a good idea as to why, best buy and cyberpowerpc dont want to take any responsibility and give you no viable option to have your system repaired or replaced. So now im sitting here with a PC with great specs that doesnt turn on and has a broken motherboard. Please do not buy.

Stay Away From CyberPower

Less than a year after picking up this computer it won't boot up at all. I purchased on 11/29/24 but picked up in store on 12/17/24. It stopped working on 12/7/25...a year and a week after a purchase it and a week 10 days shy of a year after I picked it up from Best Buy. CyberPower won't so much as help trouble shoot what might be happening. Horrible, rude customer service and I would never recommend a company that sells computers at this price that are paperweights a year later. Read reddit threads about this company, there is a reason so many are negative.

I purchased one of these and had issues with the top USB ports not working. Troubleshot it with Cyberpower for a couple hours, they offered for to send the brand new computer in for RMA or to send me the replacement USB section. I chose not to send my brand new computer that I needed for work away for what I was told was likely a few weeks. I installed the replacement parts they sent me, same problem. Fortunately I was able to return within Best Buy's extended holiday return window. Ended up the motherboard had a bad connection where the USB plugged into. No QA/QC after computer was built to verify everything worked.
Had Best Buy order me a replacement into the store. Got the second.... USB ports up top worked okay, but every time the computer would come back from sleep state, it'd restart on its own within 5-10 seconds. Another couple hours on the phone with Cyberpower support troubleshooting and none of their solutions worked. Wanted me to send the computer in for 2-3 business weeks. I returned it. I'll spend my money on a better product elsewhere.
