Two bad computers, I'd stay away!

Troubleshot it with Cyberpower for a couple hours, they offered for to send the brand new computer in for RMA or to send me the replacement USB section. I chose not to send my brand new computer that I needed for work away for what I was told was likely a few weeks. I installed the replacement parts they sent me, same problem. Fortunately I was able to return within Best Buy's extended holiday return window. Ended up the motherboard had a bad connection where the USB plugged into. No QA/QC after computer was built to verify everything worked. Had Best Buy order me a replacement into the store. Got the second.... USB ports up top worked okay, but every time the computer would come back from sleep state, it'd restart on its own within 5-10 seconds. Another couple hours on the phone with Cyberpower support troubleshooting and none of their solutions worked. Wanted me to send the computer in for 2-3 business weeks. I returned it. I'll spend my money on a better product elsewhere.

Failed AIO cooler component warning

Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.PC worked fine for the first few days then the AIO CPU cooler started making a loud buzzing noise. Specifically from the pump component which sits on top of the CPU. Unfortunately this occurred right after my return period was up so I had to work with customer service to get a replacement component instead. After talking to a CyberPowerPC rep and sending in a video; a replacement part was mailed to me. This part took a week to get to me and what I received was a fan and not a replacement for the AIO cooler. Now I have to email and work with customer service again to replace the proper part. This time I had to take a photo and email it in. Now I have to uninstall the AIO cooler myself and mail it in paying for shipping cost on my end before they will send out a replacement for the proper part! This has been a frustrating experience for someone that has not been in the PC desktop space for years. Very disappointed in the level of quality provided by such an expensive PC. A massive waste of time on my end as well!
