    So... let me very very clear... this computer is a BEAST! 100% everything I want in a computer... but I have been having the WORST experience with actually being able to get one that isnt broken from this brand... I was having issues where the PCI intel chip was throwing off so many errors a second that it was clog my event viewer... and if ONE of those events failed to correct itself, my computer would power cycle itself... I found out it was a simple update fix for the chips itself... But... what I have really noticed was on BOTH times i have bought this pc... the ports on the pc were very low quality... either they were too tight to where I had to JAM my usb's and adapters into them or they were so loose that they could just fall out... another issue being... the SECOND time i bought this... the graphics card ports were loose, two of them were broken VERIFIED BY THE GEEKSQUAD TECHS.... litterally out of the box, I was delievered this... I am being told that Cyberpower doesnt allowe dGeeksquad to do their repairs... so I would have to go through them... which means I would have to spend EVEN MORE MONEY to ship it to them... its been a MONTH of me waiting for this computer... I am really tired and JUST want my computer that I paid for...

    Lengthy, but worth the read. A bit of background on myself: I’ve worked in IT for 30 years and have multiple computer and cybersecurity certifications. (CompTIA, CISSP, CISM) I love working with PCs, just not building them. I know how to build one from scratch. I bought a CyberPowerPC from BestBuy 9 years ago and had almost zero problems with it. The only problems were replacing the fans after a few years and a new, larger hard drive. Other than that, it was great! I thought another CyberPowerPC would give me a similar experience. That was wrong! Ordering, delivery and set up were no problem. The difficulty began after powering the PC on. It constantly rebooted itself even when it wasn’t supposed to. Windows update: Reboot in the middle of the download Installing Office: Reboot Updating NVIDIA drivers: Reboot I understand that rebooting is normal, but not DURING the download. Even when browsing a web page or opening an Excel file: Reboot. I also left the PC alone and didn’t do any activity: rebooted spontaneously. I did some troubleshooting and narrowed the issue to my original monitor, the cable or one of the components in the new PC. Heck, I even reloaded Windows from scratch. Since my original 9-year old PC didn’t have the reboot issue with the monitor, that narrowed the scope. I contacted BestBuy support. They refused to listen to my troubleshooting efforts and insisted that it was a driver problem that I didn’t update, or I had downloaded malicious software. They remoted into the PC and “fixed it” for me. In reality, they did the same things I did before I called them. And the PC kept spontaneously rebooting and now has been returned to BestBuy. If you want a high-end PC for gaming and other things, DO NOT GET A CYBERPOWERPC. They use the lowest quality generic parts in a PC and call it High-End. Spend a bit extra and go elsewhere. You’ll get quality and actual customer service.

    Great PC for price

    Great PC with the new 5070ti. Everything works great except the WIFI. Ive never had a pc with such packet issues. Had 2 previous PCs in the same spot that had no problems. This one requires ethernet cord or you will deal with packet issues.

    Everything was great, other than the defective power supply. Also, the HDMI port on the 5070 TI and the tower are so close together that you can't plug most HDMI and DP cables into it, you need to manually trim your cable or buy low profiles cables. Still a great PC though!

    Honestly, too good to be true

    Bought this PC after doing extensive research into gpu, processor, RAM type, etc. thinking that this would be a beast of a computer to run anything. However, the trouble started on the initial boot up. The Windows 11 “user0” was happening (keep in mind, there is no password for this, so you’re basically locked out of the computer from the jump). Then, after having to factory reset and complete a fresh reinstall of Windows 11, I was finally able to create a profile and get the PC set up like normally. I’m thinking, okay… one little road bump, everything’s installing quickly, no interruptions, not bad. I was wrong. Upon initial start up of a game (Rocket League) the screens go black, and the PC’s restarting itself. Didn’t think too much of it, but that was just the first of about 20 restarts before it launched a game successfully. Once I got frustrated enough, I made an appointment with Geek Squad to take a look at it and see if they can figure out what was wrong with it. They diagnosed the issue as “bad gpu drivers.” They installed fresh and updated drivers, stress-tested the gpu, and said everything was good to go. SIKE! Not the case. I got home, plugged everything back in, and it’s still doing the same thing and it’s beeb even worse this second go-around. Screens will go black, and if I’m lucky, the PC will restart itself. I’m not blaming the folks at Best Buy. I don’t have the expertise / time to tinker with it myself, nor do I want to void any type of warranty. I bought a prebuilt strictly for those reasons. Bottom line, buyer beware… consider looking at other options and reading reviews, if any, before making a purchase. I will be returning this here soon.

    Not paid review. This has to be the best prebuilt pc I have seen. I spend months looking at other choices and none of them beat this awesome pc. I play games and edit a lot professionally and does it easy and smooth. Games like Indiana Jones with settings at super ultra and dlss at quality was running at 250s fps ( looked like a movie) the pc will stay cool the fans i have them set up to go at max speed when temperatures are higher than 60°c and they never did which shows how good keeps it cool, I couldn't believe it. Not bend , damaged or lose cables when arrived. And even better arrived 3 days before delivery date. No complains. Oh and it looks beautiful :) I would post a picture but this app keeps crashing everytime I do. Best Buy fix it please , thank u

    My first gaming pc, was worried about getting a prebuilt but for the price ($2069) with a 5070 ti and a 14th gen i7 was too much not to get. Ram came with the advertised speed and capacity, PC came well shipped with no visible damage to the outside or interior. Overall the gpu and cpu combo have made it super easy to run anything ive thrown at it, (multiple tabs, windows, and applications open) with no hitches. Highly recommend! Will be doing more tasking things on it soon to see just how far it can go!

    Great gaming computer! I’ve been using this PC for a little over a month now, and I can happily say that there were a total of zero issues. I absolutely recommend this PC to anyone looking to buy a budget friendly, high end gaming PC.

    I like playing KCD2 with full 4K and ultra settings. This machine gets you there easily. The fans are whisper quiet and have never revved up during gaming. The thin button on the front is where you cycle the RGB lighting.

    This PC Is insane at max graphics barely pushing the CPU Past 45% took me awhile to figure out the antennas for wifi but once i got them facing the correct position i was chilling the pc not only looks amazing but runs amazing!

    Bad up front - The computer keeps crashing from some kind of power issue it seems. Unfortunately, I out of town on a busy trip and can no longer return it so my only option is to get the Geek Squad Protection to see if they can figure out the problem. Good it is a strong PC and great to game on when it doesnt random crash.
