Definitely 9/10 experience so far, there’s some negative reviews on here but I’ve had no issues with my PC. GPU is working perfectly, CPU as well. Only thing was the case had some minor physical problems like i had to readjust panel’s because they weren’t on properly but in terms of components, its amazing so far.

Best Buy helped me pick out what I was told was the best PC available at the time. Unfortunately, The tech was wrong when he chose this one, but he wasn't off by much. The only upgrade up from this one was one with the next generation of graphics card, so I can live with that. The PC arrived quick enough, but when I got home and set it up, I quickly discovered that there was an issue with the graphics card preventing it from sending a signal to my monitor. When I called CyberPC to do a RMA, I discovered that I had to foot the bill to send it to them, which was another $250 on top of the $2500 I had paid for the PC originally. Fast forward a month and I get my PC back all fixed up. Only issue I have now is that they loaded windows onto my SSD instead of my HDD, but I can live with that. I'm a little irritated that the RGB lighting is all daisy chained together, which just means that what one light is set to is going to be what all the lights are set to. The keyboard and mouse aren't discoverable by any software that I've found so far, so if you hope to be able to fully customize your lighting, you're going to be disappointed in a big way. The case has ample room for you to add whatever you like to it, so thats nice. While the motherboard is able to run Intel® 802.11ac WiFi + Bluetooth, All I had when it arrived was wifi, so I had to go buy the chip and install it myself for bluetooth. Not a huge deal, but worth mentioning. All in all I like the PC. I feel like both Bestbuy and CyberPC dropped the ball a little, but it worked out in the end with a little patience and a few dozen emails to techs.

I've gaming on this PC for a year now and I must say that I've been very satisfied with it's overall performance and quality. I didn't have to worry about low frame rates as it played pretty up any games out there with ease. I am so glad now that I was able to snag one of these units during last year's Black Friday sales!

I'm in love with my new gaming system.. This pc can do any gaming and so much more. The RGB see through case is obviously so cool. I run 2 Samsung Monitors. We recently upgraded to 128gb ram and its amazing is all i can say. The graphics are amazing. I'm very happy with this system. I would like to upgrade the cooling system as well very soon. It worked beautifully turned it on and off I went. We have always been very happy with Best Buy's customer service. Its the main reason we are repeat customers. I hope they keep it up.

Computer arrived defective, otherwise would be a really good computer.
1. CPU Cooler Radiator was not even mounted to case & was just rolling around in the case loosely. I had to mount this myself.
2. The GPU was completely defective. Board was bent, plastic casing was cracked & had no display at all.
3. Panels were mounted crooked on case
Overall quality was just bad & seems like Cyberpower PC does not test their computers before sending them out.

I hate writing bad reviews b/c I want to give the company the benefit of the doubt. However, for this computer, I don't have no other choice. It's the third one that I ordered from CP and the third one that had something wrong. The first one would not come out of the "Sleep" mode until I manually shut it down/restart several times. The second one came with loose screws rattling with a detached plate and the wrong memory card. The third one, which arrived yesterday, came in a box that looked like it was the last one found in the basement (i.e., ripped and damage). And, of course it is still not working even though I had to reset the video card. I had such high hopes for this company and their computers; but, am left with wasted time on defective products.

Took hours to get the order to go through. Weighted weeks for it to arrive. Had to drive hours to the closest store because shipping was nearly $200. Finally got to the store to pick it up. Worked great for first couple of hours then shut itself off and never turned back on. Went to store and wasn’t even offered an exchange or a fix. Worker just told me that money was now back on my card. Overall terrible experience.

PC crashed while gaming 3 times in 4 days. I only would game for a couple hours at a time before it would do it also. Would crash playing different games too. Wasn’t always the same game. Returned it after the third crash.

The pc has great gaming performance but is a pain to set up. I had to buy extra storage space and a wifi adapter because the pc only allows you to connect to eternet. I can't even use ethernet since my router is downstairs.
