Pretty disappointed. Pc arrived with one of the cases top cooling fans not working which wasn’t the end of the world. After about 2 weeks I started losing the display signal periodically until it completely stopped working all together. Customer service has been good so far and have sent the pc back to CyberPower but I had to pay shipping costs and could be up to 4-6 weeks before I get it back. Shipping was almost $200 and I feel CyberPower could do better with paying for this cost since it was their product that was defective. Maybe I was just unfortunate enough to get the rare lemon but wish I would’ve gone with a better brand.

I'm sure it's a great PC, but the LED control doesn't work. In-home tech said it's a hardware problem. So, it has to go out for service after 3 weeks of owning it.

Unit broke after a week. Geek squad came out unable to fix it. Said it was power supply. New power supply put back in. Still not working. NOT WORTH ANY MONEY and still I have to take it back It was a shipped item, but I have to take it back.

This pc worked for a month or so until it randomly blacks out and restarts over and over again, sometimes it let me play others it happens to the point I can’t use the pc, for $2k I feel completely scammed having these issues I never experienced with any console I’ve owned

It was great until it failed after 14 months. It had an intermittent issue with the graphics board - had to sent it out fir repair for about 4 weeks

A great PC, Looks nice, noise is very reasonable, great specs for the price, Ran Starfield on Ultra settings without issues hitting between 70 and 60 fps! I would recommend. Very well assembled and safely packaged for the long trip

I'm a 3D artist, and this computer runs all the applications I need, and sometimes even at the same time and while other things are running. Powerful workhorse with an added benefit that I can game on it
