I got this computer just less than a year ago. It’s my first computer and I use it for school and gaming. I love it. It still runs strong and looks sexy! The 2060 provides killer graphics and the computer runs fast and smooth and hardly makes any noise.

Awesome computer! Works great! Very fast and very quiet. Starts up quick. Runs all game graphics on 'ultra' without problems. Would definitely recommend and buy again! Only issue was it didn't come with an operating system installed--but CyberPower's tech support was great and was able to walk us through how to download Windows 10 without a problem.

I feel very good about purchasing this PC. It arrived at my house on time. The PC is very stylish with it's RGB glowing keyboard and Desktop case. The keys on the keyboard are very responsive. I can run multiple applications at the same time I a suffer no lag whatsoever. The only down side to this pc is that they sent me a driver DVD, however the PC does not take cd's. I feel they could have sent a USB instead.

I bought this computer on sale. It has excellent specifications for upgrades. This model contains quality components for the price. I like having both sides of the case with glass. It could have a larger SSD, but I only use it for the operating system.

This is my first gaming computer so I might be a little biased. However. I cannot dispute the fact that I run everything with ultra settings and still get perfect crisp 4k graphics. Not to mention the Bluetooth is awesome

It's been more than 6 months since we purchased this product. We have had no problems at all. Use it regularly 3 to 8 hours a day Online gaming is fast and smooth. We highly recommend this product.

Bought this computer on sale as my first non-laptop. This has definitely exceeded my expectations about what a computer can do. Definitely suggest for someone who doesn't want to build their own.

I wanted a faster desktop, might as well have one that runs any game that you want to though, huh? The unit was packaged beautifully, ran great during setup and has run everything that I have thrown at it!

I was able to get this pc when it was on sale for 1.2k and it was well worth it. The PC can run games at 240 fps without overclocking the cpu. I only have two complaints related to this item: the bundle and the mouse. There is no bundle with this PC. This bundle is with a different nvidia graphics card and I had to spend nearly 3+ hours to find out what happened to the product I was promised. The mouse also has the capability to change the DPI by changing the color. To find out the specific color to dpi chart, search up cyberpower elite mouse.

my grandson tried it out, lagged once in awhile, and just wanted to upgrade his desk top. Best Buy assistant did mentioned that some older online games have servers/systems that are not responding to these new computers, and this could cause delay.

I have never had and frame rate drops. No problem with it running graphic intensive games. You will not regret buying this pc.

After playing games on a laptop for so long this is just what I needed. This is a beast of a PC and everything runs buttery smooth.

Bought this for my son. He loves it. Plays all his games and lets him record videos with no lag for his YouTube channel.

This CyberPowerPC is a powerhouse. Works like a champ and hopefully will last for years.

Overall, very fast PC. My issues though are as below: 1) Came with scratches across the top in various locations - Obviously, this kind of PC is also a show piece so it's not great when it comes scratched. 2) It has 2 DVI ports, not 2 DisplayPorts as advertised - I had bought 2 DisplayPort to HDMI cables while waiting for this PC to arrive. Once it arrived, I had to order the DVI to HDMI cable in addition to the Display port cables I bought. 3) Blue Screen of Death (BSOD) issue came up right away - I am now running on only 8GB RAM as I need to send the other one back out to CyberPowerPC, and wait for them to ship me the replacement one. This could be a 1-2 week period. 4) It has Bluetooth connectivity, contrary to the specs here on Bestbuy.com - I almost bought a Bluetooth adapter. I am glad I waited because I would have been in a similar position as #2 above. 5) It does not come with any manual or instructions, other than the un-boxing card and a sheet that tells you how to get a free mouse pad. My rating would be closer to a 5 if not for the above headaches and uncertainties.

Great system. Keyboard and mouse could be better but overall very good.

Very happy with my computer, fast,led light are pretty. Got it on sale.
