Great starter gaming PC, needs a better power supply. When I changed out the PSU the wires were poorly managed. I was disappointed by the workmanship. When I took off the back panel it popped right off because of the wires being a big clump. It seemed like it was rushed. So i had to reorganize all the cables. Besides that the PC is great. The mobo only has 1 pc-e 2.0, so you cant dual card this PC. The PC needs more information provided so that the customer could know exactly what they are purchasing. Like its a Gigabyte mobo and has a thermalite 350 PSU and toshiba hdd. Other than that it does its job. I am going to being replacing the video card soon that's why I changed the PSU.

Great for the price i paid. Deducted a star because it came with the wrong graphics card. But that's not a major problem since its easy to upgrade. Ready to go right out of the box all you need to do is put the windows key in and do personal setup.

I was so irritated by the p/c I purchased in January, that I ordered this one. My last one took forever to load a web page. This one is FAST...no matter if I'm shopping online at Kohl's or on Facebook. I would give it ten stars for my purposes. The only negative thing I can say is that the fan is loud, but I knew that from reading previous reviews. I would order it again.

This is an amazing gaming computer. Runs all of the games that I want to play with my friends like CS:GO, Left 4 Dead 2, Garry's Mod all while getting over 200 FPS on the highest settings. Also with the 16 GB of RAM this is a perfect editing PC. Render times are virtually non existent because of all the power packed into this machine for the price that it is. This is absolutely the best PC for its value right now.

This PC has easily been one of the best that I have used; The unit is very sleek and fairly easy to maintain, it has a very effective fan system, it is ready to go out of the box, and it has enough speed to handle most high graphic games. It has so much space for all of my Steam games. It comes with an awesome gaming mouse and keyboard. A must buy if you want to run modern high quality games with no lag!

This computer is great for a beginning gamer who wants to play games like fallout and arma 2. I can run every game i have played on max settings with no slowdown. The only issues i have had are with the usb ports having trouble recognizing plugs and i had to buy an hdmi converter cable so that i could hook it up to a monitor but once i did that it has been wonderful. The mouse and keyboard work great. I also love the way it looks.

Other than the low powered PSU and low end graphics card, this PC is top notch.

I got this computer from best buy and noticed it did not have the correct grahpics card. Im going to try to get the one I bought because it was suppose to be a radeon amd r7 250 card but, I got a Amd radeon 200 series. Its a good computer overall for beginners, the fans are a BIT loud. however, I before you buy it make should you have the right parts.

I purchased this pc about a year ago. At first it ran well minus the occasional " Activate Windows " that would pop up. But then after about 3 months the computer would randomly hard shutdown, no blue screen no warning just off. At first it only happened maybe one time a week, but now it has been happening more and more often. So far today it has shut down THREE times in about half an hour of usage. You can imagine how infuriating this is. I talked to the customer service at cyberpower and bestbuy and what they had me do fixed it for just long enough for the warranty to run out. I am hoping that it is just as simple as the CPU overheating due to stock coolers not being great. So i am planning on replacing the cooler, thermal paste and power supply because honestly 350 watts is vary weak, there is no type of 80 plus rating on the power supply either. If i wasn't having the issue where it shuts off randomly, i would have given this computer a MUCH higher rating. The graphics card and other parts work wonderfully running The Witcher 3 at 20-40 fps on high with some settings turned down or off. But the fact that it turns off without warning and causes me to lose progress in the games is just infuriating. so i have to give it a two star rating.

However, the unit is very loud due to the fan system and may give some people headaches after a long period of time, I'd recommend getting a place to put it that will absorb the sound.

There's really not much more to say other than this is a great value. The fans can be loud but its not a huge issue.

A great price for the computer. It was easy to set up and everything worked.

This desktop is quite amazing. Even though it is loud that is no problem. I wish that it came with a nicer graphics card though. If I have to I can always upgrade to a better card. The one thing that would be nice to know is the power supply and how many watts it is supplying. Without knowing this I can't pick a good graphics card to get.

This PC is amazing for the price, It has never let me done for gaming and video editing great PC for someone that is willing to get into PC gaming.

This PC is a very good Computer, great for gaming, I would recommend this to anyone, anyone here that wants to know how to make it even better, add an sdd for about $60, with 120GB, then, add liquid cooling which can cost 50-$100

This is a great computer, it runs all of my higher end games and also runs games like minecraft quite well. The graphics could be a little better for some of the games but it is great overall.

I just bought this computer for my son, it is running like a charm but the only downside would be the fans are a tad bit loud.

If you're looking for a good gaming pc this is my recommendation. The price is very well balanced, the quality is amazing, no issues what so ever, the mouse/keyboard are as well good quality. All the way thumbs up!!

Good computer, easy set up only had 2 problems. 1) If located in a built in space under a computer desk it gets hot very quickly. 2) after a handful of short uses the power supply went out so I'm working on getting it replaced now.

absolutely love this pc. nice pc. only problem it is a bit loud. but it doesn't bother me due to my earbuds and music i blare
