Love Best Buy, don't like CyberPowerPC

I purchased a computer direct from CyberpowerPC...never again. CyberpowerPC customer service is some of the worst I have ever experienced in the last 20 years. We ended up shipping the computer back to Cyberpower and disputed the credit card charge because the machine did not work, and their customer service did not provide a realistic solution after 3+ hours on hold and speaking with people at Cyberpower that clearly did not care. The computer arrived and looked as though the custom components were literally thrown in to the tower carelessly, so in my opinion this is the quality of their work and it is NOT good.
We chose to instead buy a different brand, and to buy direct from Best Buy. I have always had incredible service on products purchased direct from Best Buy. I learned my lesson. So Best Buy Great / CyberPowerPC BAD.

First time I booted it up it crashed about 10-15 times. After about 1 day it started to spark then did not turn back on. I don't know if this was a bad build or just the company? But the time that I used it, it was great.

This computer sucks because it arrived with loose parts so i sent it to cyberpower and they fixed it and it worked fairly when it arrived for not even a day. Ethernet stopped working on it and i am getting tired of waiting on this thing so i am sending it back and buying a better computer!!!
