    Be aware parents...if you bought this computer as a Christmas present for one of your kid, do not wait Christmas Day to test it out because it does not work. I ordered it for my son for Christmas and decided to open the box early and see if everything was working properly, guess what the computer was defective and the diagnostic was confirmed by the Geek squad. It was so disappointed but I am glad I open it earlier and figured it out so we can switch to another brand. Bottom line I would not recommend this brand at all to anyone..
