Broken right out of box...was rebuilt not new!
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This computer had a virus when i took it out of the box and the geek squad said it was put on the computer 6 days before I ordered it to be built! So it took 21 days to get to me, didn't work for even one minute, and was a whole day hassle to try and fix and return. Avoid it at all costs!

pretty good buy
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. It came 4 days faster than it said it would, massively impressed there. Packaging was "ok" though, it was just the box with the tower in it with a couple smaller boxes with the mouse keyboard and motherboard box with the driver disk, no padding but it was undamaged and runs great. It hangs up here and there but its awesome for 544 bucks on sale for students. Plays War Thunder on high and Elder Scrolls Online at about medium settings with shadows turned off. It seems to be upgradable anyway.

Broken Out of the Box
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. We plugged the computer in and it would not connect to the monitor. Then the tower kept turning itself off. Took it to the local Best Buy store and the Geek Squad solution was return it and order something else.

TERRIBLE TERRIBLE PC
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Ordered this computer in May 2014, broke in June, right after 15 days period. Not even worth it to fix at this point as I am afraid it will break again after. Don't waste your money on this piece of Junk!

Terrible Hard Drive
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I received my PC in about 2 weeks like it was planned. I was satisfied with the shipping time. I set up the computer and played a few games and it was running great for the first hour. The computer performs very well and it has great speed. After the first hour I went to get something to eat. When I came back the screen was frozen so I powered off the computer and then turned it back on. It said that there was no bootable device. The next day I took it back and the guy said that I had a bad hard drive. They had put the hard drive in wrong and they did not wire it right. I was very disapointed with this. They then sent the computer back and we ordered the same one with ease.

Great computer for the price
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This is probably the best pc you will get for your buck unless you build your own. This can run a lot of new games on high settings. Mostly what i've ran is Arma 3 on medium-high, Minecraft on high with 60+ frames,BF4 on high-ultra with little to no frame drops. The Video card may not be good and wasn't the one advertised(the advertised was HD radeon 7750 but it came with a r7 250) but the CPU just tops it off. I did notice that one of the fans was not plugged in but I didn't bother to plug it unless it seemed necessary. This PC is really great so far and i love it.

Great Gaming PC for a beginner
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The desktop came to my house within a week after I ordered it. I got it during when it was on sale for about $520. Pretty good deal if you ask me. I opened the case and what I saw was a different card than what it said on the description. I don't know if it's just me but the video card it came with was a MSI r7 250. It was not a AMD radeon HD 7750. The PSU was a 350 watt which is awful. So I switched it was a Cosair CX 500 watt PSU. Am planning to switch out the video card to a r9 270x ddr5 which should improve gaming performance. Might even switch out for a Cosair 650 watt PSU while at it. The mother board is a MSI 760GM-P34 FX. It only has 2 slots for memory ram which is OK. If you plan on upgrading it to 16gb of ram, its not going to happen on this motherboard. Also the video card is blocking the PCI express x1 slot so you cannot slap on a wireless card adapter. I recommend using a usb wifi adapter instead. I also switched out the keyboard and the mouse to the Black Widow Ultimate 2013 Razor keyboard and the Mad Catz Rat 3 mouse. Other than that, the desktop is good. I like it and it has not let me down yet.

Great PC for the Price
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The Azza Cyberpower PC is a very great PC in terms of what you pay for. Of course this isn't the best gaming PC out there, mainly because its not a $1000+ one, which is going a bit overboard if you're not wanting to get the best of the best of the best of things, which most people wouldn't even notice the tiny differences it makes with many games. If you're either looking around with a budget or this is your first gaming PC, this is the one to get! You'll have a good processor, good enough amount of RAM (for most games to run smoothly on), great graphics card, pretty fast CPU and GPU, and it has plenty of room to upgrade things inside of it. The mouse feels comfortable and the keyboard buttons are smooth and soft (not too soft or mushy) to type on. Overall, this is an awesome gaming desktop, with everything inside, not to mention the outside casing with the clear plastic plating! Very neat, especially with the glowing red fans! They're not just for looks though, they keep the PC very cool. It is a tad bit loud, but then again... It does have 5 fans. I hope my review was helpful in helping you choose to get this one or not! :D

PERFECT COMPUTER!
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I purchased this computer in order to play video games with high graphics and no lag. I am a programmer myself so i run large programs that require a large portion of CPU management. This PC does it all! it shipped a week sooner than the due date, set up was extremely easy. It is an amazing buy for the price! no doubt!

Best Buy cannot help with warranty
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I've had the computer a little over 3 months and it supposed to come pre-installed with Windows8 and should come with a recovery disk. I did not receive the "recovery disk" and now its asking me for a NEW key code since the one used to pre-install the program was used too many times and is no longer valid! I'm in contact with CyberPower but they say I may need to pay a fee! Seriously! Best Buy says they do not handle these types of issues for CyberPower- then why sell it! I'm also not able to return it because I purchased in Dec 2014 and its considered a Holiday purchase- so the return/exchange time frame has passed. Never again. Aside from that the fan is always running full blast even if you're not playing games. For gamers using headphones its not that bad but for everyday use its a bit annoying. I will update my post once I hear back from CyberPower

Pop for the buck
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. When i received the computer it was nicely shipped and packaged. When i opened the case for inspection however, the hdd was not on the hdd rail that its supposed to be on.(easy fix but minor inconvenience). Next i took a look at the graphics card and found out it was not the advertised 7750 2gb rather the r7 240 2gb. It doesnt affect me much because im going to upgrade the the hd 7770 and upgrade from the stock 350 watt psu to the corsair 500 watt. the MoBo is the MSI 760GM -P34 which only allows for 2 ram slots. Sure its a good computer but i didnt get the graphics card i wanted. The cpu is great and the colors are nice.

Awesome
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. When I received the device I went to install windows 8.1 and it didn't let me until I put in the product key so now I have to go to best buy to get it downloaded. Also when I opened up the side one the fans was unplugged so if it doesn't light up on the side open it up and plug in the fan attached to the side of the pc it is a clear one

Fast and great for gaming
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.i love this pc, had it for about 3 weeks now and have had no problems. i leave it on for 48 hours and turn it off for around 8. only thing that i am looking into is a new graphics card and power supply. Don't get me wrong the graphics card is nice, i mean i get 30 FPS on battlefield on ultra. i just don't think it will run battlefield 4 smoothly. but anyway great pc, very fast and looks beautiful

Great basic gaming computer
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The Olympia Best Buy store didn't have a tower in stock that met our needs. The salesman did a great job of finding us this PC from their web site. It met our price needs but was powerful enough to play the games my family uses. Worked great right out of the box! Gaming keyboard and mouse. Highly recommend! I will be getting another from this company in the future to replace our family room computer!

its a great pc for the price
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I got it and everything works so far i've had it for about a week but theres a few flaws one was that the powersupply is only 350 watts which leaves no room to upgrade or overclock if wanted. I suggest getting a new powersupply if you are planning on upgrading. Two the front usb and mic/headphone jacks did not work so I have to plug my headphones into the back. Overall it is a great pc but they could be a little more generous and careful.

Trouble Free and Plays Games Well
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I've had this computer since July, 2014. I've had it 4 months. It did come with 2 small glitches. A mouse button sticks sometimes, but I haven't needed to trade it in, even though it's still under warranty, of course. Also, the fan makes noise for a minute when the computer is started cold. Other than those things, it's been perfect. I don't know if I can blame the short fan noise on the computer. I did drop it less than a foot when it was still in the box. I've surfed the internet a lot with it and played the games 'Empire: Total War' and 'Civilization 5' quite a bit. It has worked well for the internet and played the games perfectly as far as I can remember. I've also played some 'World of Warcraft' and my friend has played it a lot. There have been the usually rare hiccups with that game, but I doubt any are due to the computer. I don't turn it off often. Usually, when I'm done with it, I just leave it on the windows screen and it shuts down in some minutes, but, I guess, not all the way because when I hit the power button, it comes on almost immediately, where I left off. So it saves time and electricity compared to all the computers I've had before. I am very happy with my purchase of this computer.

Good, before it crashed
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. When I purchased this computer, I was extremely excited for what I thought I was going to receive. I ordered it along with a new monitor, and it took about 10 days to ship to my house. The box it was shipped in and the packaging was all around pretty tidy and seemed like it was protecting the computer pretty well. I opened the PC up, hooked it up to my monitor, and it booted her up. For the first couple of hours, it ran like a charm, (except for a few WiFi issues I had to sort out) and I downloaded a few of the games I play quite frequently on Steam. I eventually got off my computer, and let my brother watch Netflix for a couple of hours... then out of nowhere, the motherboard just quit out, and died. I took it in to the Best Buy store the following day, and they also concurred with my theory, a dead mother-board. A service was held at the local funeral home that week. Just kidding. But yeah, anyways, I got my refund, ordered the same computer and I'm going to try my luck with this one again. It's just ridiculous that Cyberpower would ship out broken computers, without fully checking them.
