I bought this gaming computer during a black firday sale, and i thought i had a great deal. I mean, come on, 8gb RAM, 1 Tb hard drive, and a 2 Gb graphics card? It seems great for the price, but it really isn't. The processor restricts a lot of the potential that the rest of the computer has. (It's between an intel i3 and i5 by the way). When this first came in i was very excited and immediately transferred my games from my old laptop onto it. It ran really well for the first week, then error messages started to pop-up constantly. All of my games blackout and recover in about 5-10 minute intervals, which is really annoying. And they always eventually crash. (The blue screen of death is really common too) I've had it for about a month and more and more problems start to come up. Even my browser runs slowly and sometimes blacks out. I think it may be a faulty memory card or the graphics card. The graphics card alone is very fast and can run very graphical heavy games such as planetside 2 and battlefield 4, IF and only if the user options are heavily modified to a perfect balance for max frames per second. Along with that, most of the games i have lag very badly when the graphics are even turned to medium (i mean that the games run fast with modified settings and slow on default settings). Less demanding browser games will also crash and lag too. I do not recommend to buy this product; it looks great on paper but it's not even close in reality. Unless you only need to surf the web and check emails, it wouldn't be a terrible choice, but for that i would recommend a good laptop, not a bulky, heavy, LED decorated gaming PC. The keyboard and mouse that come with are pretty good, but not the best. They do get the job done though. I'm currently trying out their customer support line and tom's hardware forums to try to get fixes, although going through all of that really isn't worth it. and by the way, my 2 star rating is very generous by the way

Took a little long for them to ship, but other than that this computer is great. Very fast especially for gaming runs World of Warcraft at about 60 fps on ultra. Super stoked about this new computer thanks!

I bought this computer for my wife. I personally have very little knowledge about computers so I am just repeating what my wife has told me about this machine. Although this is a low-end gaming machine it is faster than expected. but then, my wife isn't using this computer for gaming. She wanted something that would be reliable to run Adobe Creative Suite. That was the first thing my wife did was load Adobe. Creative Suite 6 and was impressed how this computer was able to handle this graphics intense program. The only possible issue will be the 350 watt power supply. My wife has 3 external hard drives and she wants to put a 2nd internal drive into this machine but she's not sure that 350 watts will handle 4 extra drives. She plans on ordering another power supply.However, my wife assures me that for an average user, the stock power supply would not be an issue. All in all it is a great little machine offered at an equally great price.

Everything about this computer from looks to speed to multitasking. Its just pure amazing you basically get what you pay for and it is 100% worth it i like how the pc from the inside is empty (meaning that there is not much wiring or complicated parts) so its easy to be taken out and switch parts and its light weight too. I have played many games and games like bf3 titan fall and many others worked perfectly no lag at all. This pc is amazing

I have just started getting into PC gaming and I feel this computer has given me the power I need to get a good start into an entertaining hobby. However it is by no means perfect. My friends that have personally built their own computers tell me that I could have done much better, given that I have the nerdy friends that I do. To someone that is looking for a solid computer to play steam games on or something like League of Legends this CPU is good quality (however nothing you would want to stream from of course). However there were plenty of things that were over looked. every time i put a CD into the disc drive it sounds like a prolonged 27 car pile-up, for downloading software such as wireless adapters software, graphics card drivers, or attempting to burn a CD. My laptop that i got nearly over FIVE years ago does it way faster, and without causing me to fear for my life. And don't get me started on the fact that the activation licencing for the windows 8.1 (pre-installed) was used outside of the licencing terms of use so I can't activate windows to customize my PC or set any of my settings until I get help from customer service. and on top of that this is my first PC with any form of windows 8 and that was a whole ordeal that i felt was unnecessary. So aside from having a resolution issue with the graphics card driver, connection and activation issues because of windows 8 and a disc drive from hell, over all a solid computer that plays the games i want at a noticeably greater standard. P.S. get a real keyboard and mouse. the keyboard is okay, but I wouldn't let my mother use that mouse!

I just got it today and haven't had any problems so far. It's a very good computer and it also got here within a week. I'm very happy with my purchase and I recommend this computer.

I used it for gaming, music/movies, film editing, social media and basic word processing. It is a bit noisy, but I also added a few fans to keep it cooler. Great for gaming and all.

overall a very nice rig, no real complaints other than i should have opted for windows 7 over 8,1, though i've grown used to it. my only real gripe is the advertised 8 usb ports, and documentation provided with the pc showing 8, but only having 6. not a real big issue with usb hubs and what not, just a mild inconvenience and false advertising is never a good thing. so this is more of an slight against best buy that the product varies than the description, not the pc itself which is fantastic for the price.

I had ordered this PC and it arrived in a week or so, i thought it would be any average PC, run things on medium maybe some on high, BUT it was excellent ran games on High and even Ultra if you don't believe me, check out the video URL. For the price i don't think it would be easy to find a gem like this. Only problem i had was no WiFi, and no HDMI outputs, but all in all it was nice. I just had to buy a wire for the internet and a USB adapter for HDMI. I have this PC for about a year now and not one blue screen, you wouldn't believe it till you try it.THIS PC IS WORTH IT!

Motherboard asrock 960GM-GS3 doesn't support PCIe 3.0 graphics (motherboard is only 2.0x16# cards #GPU# as well as a motherboard with PCIe 3.0x16 would and makes upgrading graphics cards almost useless. I've only had computer2 days, but game freezes a second or two now and then even after adjusting graphics card fan speed to 65% on auto #to reduce GPU overheating# and updating BIOS and GPU driver with MSI afterburner starting with windows. It is a good value for the money for the processor and GPU, but Best Buy doesn't advertise motherboard which can limit CPU and GPU usage creating a bottleneck. Ask specifications for motherboard first before buying to see if it supports PCIe 3.0x16 for at least 1 card if not two to upgrade at some point. 2GB memory is minimum nowadays #this one is 2GB) for online games for GPU by the way. Search for minimums for specific games and see if the computer reaches minimum, but remember that only applies if motherboard supports GPU fully!

I'm fairly new to gaming and currently my MMORPG of choice is Star Wars: The Old Republic. I was able to move from my laptop which played it at around 15 FPS on the very low setting to this desktop which is able to run the very high setting with incredible load speeds and upwards of 50-60 FPS. It seems other people are having issues with the wiring so the first thing I did when I got it was open it up and check it out and everything was very neat. I would definitely recommend this.

I get this computer in the mail after what felt like eternity. I open it up and the power cord they gave me was a three pronged circular cord.. I think for a German plug in? Anyways, that was annoying but I was able to use cords we had for other towers, so no big deal. However, when I get pop up's asking for the product key for Microsoft 8.1, I realize I recieved no such key. That that was another annoyance. I left a message at Cyberpowerpc so we will see how they handle all of it. Other than that, the computer seems to be great. Runs Battlfield 4 on low settings nicely, which is good enough for me.

This PC is very good and can handle all modern games and it has very good performance and sound

I urge everyone who bought this computer to make sure you got what you bought. Check the device manager. I returned mine twice bc it had the WRONG video card. I'm not going for round three. I got my money back.

pieces of the tower fell off when taking it out of the box, and i can hear screws loose and rattling around inside. Wrong hard-drive installed, was supposed to be 1tb and it had a 50gb in it. Also the Hard-drive not even installed correctly, it was put in with two screws and at tilt, was placed in the wrong position. was very disappointed that i had to return is present.

Came broken, the power supply was insufficient, otherwise is you take a chance on this computer and get one that isnt broken it is decent. The inputs on the back were all disfunctional. **The power supply did not allow for intensive programs and would crash the computer because it could not power the computers graphics card. I got somthing on the lines of "An AMD graphics unit has stopped working", the computer would crash, then it would say "An AMD graphics unit has recovered".**

This pc is AMAZING I have had it for about 2 months now and its perfect i have been streaming games and playing games on it and they run perfectly. Currently am running Battlfield 4 on high. This pc is great!
