    Keeps restarting

It keeps going to a blue screen with a frowning face stating it ran into problems and needs to restart. That was before I even hooked it up to the internet. Windows explorer restarts constantly. The computer runs great when it runs.

When I got this I was pretty excited, it was easy to set up and everything worked fine, for about a week. After the first week of use things started to malfunction, like CPU fan wouldn't even turn so it would constantly cut power. The case isn't optimized for airflow very well, it would get very hot very fast so I would recommend getting a better case. Also, the power supply that comes with this computer is extremely low, it's 350 watts if I remember correctly so you'd want to replace that as soon as possible. If you plan on making upgrades to this PC then go for it, but if you plan on keeping it the way it is stock, I would suggest browsing a little more.

Awesome for gaming! I have seen Frames per second at 100 often, have not even tried the turbo mode yet. Very happy with this product for the price!

    Buyer Beware

Motherboard is junk. Failed in two weeks. Bios spontaneously disappeared and could not be accessed. Would not boot... etc...etc...etc... Should have known when there was no discription of the motherboard in the overall item description. Also, the RAM is only identified by the size, not the speed (mhz). Not all RAM is equal. I took a chance and thought this might be a good "starter" gaming computer for my son. That was a mistake. Bestbuy Geek Squad was great in helping me figure out what the issue was and facilitating the return but I would not purchase anything from CyberPowerPC.

so i have have had this computer for 2 days. it ran Skyrim on Ultra settings flawlessly. DayZ ran like a dream. turned it on for the 4th time since ive owned it and the hard drive appears to have crashed. System will turn on but will say No Bootable Device found and thats as far as it gets. I am extremely disappointed in this computer. So far the support is lackluster. bringing this back into BestBuy tomorrow first thing in the morning

I got this computer just before leaving the country for a few months in Dec 2014 so I was locked into it. It ran terrific for the first few weeks (other than the noisy side fan with the light that I just ended up unplugging because it was so distracting) then gave me problems with a corrupt windows install. Got it up and running again and ever since Ive been riding a roller coaster of start up issues having to format, reset, or reinstall windows several times over the last 6 months. I've finally had enough of it and i'm just accepting the loss and pawning it off on some other poor soul on craigslist. Stay away from cyberpower.

Well Well Well..... Where to even begin!!! i bought one of these computers, a week or so later my cousin also purchased one as well. i ordered it at the store and had it shipped there to have a 16G or ram added to it. it says 5 to 7 days. but expect it to be around 10-15. if you dont have it shipped right ti your house. well when it finally came in. i had geeksquad install the ram and they were great. they had it done in no time. when i picked the computer up i was told out of the box it had a blue error screen. they said it was fixed and all the insides were loose. i didnt think anything of it. But when i got home and turned it on. Guess what Blue screen. after hitting enter 20 times it came on. finally got it hooked up to the internet and explorer wouldnt open had to restart. After a few days the blue screen would return every so often. One day it was on for good say your unit needed repair....took it back to the store and they said i would need to send it out and it would take 2-3 weeks. i just got my money back.. Now i figured it was bad luck until my cousin got his in the mail. now he didnt have a blue screen. BUT!!!! after using it for a few days the internet would keep cutting out, Note no wifi option with this computer you can only use wired directly from your router. atfer a day it just stopped picking up the internet all together, this computer or cyberpower alll together seems to have a ton of isues. The best part is best buy is great and wont give you a problem at all returning it. At least in NH they didnt. So if you want to roll the dice go for it. I WOULD STAY AWAY

My dad bought this for me for my birthday and I recieved it the next day, which was a plus but when I set up the computer, I had it running for a few minutes, then after that it crashed, I was confused as to what had happened so I turned the computer back on and it kept turning off by its self, to find out, the computers power supply was horrible. I had returned the computer and bought another one. It's coming tomorrow.

    Really Disappointed

Was excited to purchase this computer for my son for gaming purposes. Had the specs looked over by a computer specialist who said it would be suitable. First computer was delivered with a defective mother board (many tech calls, a tech visit & a verification by a geek squad member all confirmed this)...that one was exchanged for a new one. The second one came and we were really looking forward to it. Installed only one game and ran it the first day, kept making a clicking sound, lagging and crashing through out the game. Packed it up on day two and returned it for a refund. Will not order another one. I was expecting a good computer based on the reviews I had read prior to purchasing this computer, and the waiting, hastle, setting up then packing up to exchange and return two times resulted in a really bad experience with this purchase.

I recieved it today and I was super excited only to see that the power supply is dead. I don't know if it works well because I can't even turn it on. I'm quite disappointed.

I got the computer today (11/4/2013) and i plugged everything in, turned it on.. my mouse/keyboard were not powered, 1 of the fans were not working and nothing was getting displayed on my monitor . I took ,the PC it to best buy to have geek squad take a look at it, they were having the same issues i was having. I'm shipping the computer back tomorrow for an exchange for another one, i'm very disappointed. I'm writing this from my old computer and i will write another review or comment on this one once i get the new computer.
