I got the computer and after hooked it up, I tried to turn on and the computer didn’t boot. I notice a RAM LED indicating RAM Failure. I opened the computer and I find out that the Memory card was not installed properly, following the motherboard manufacture instruction. After fix the problem the computer is running ok, but I also find out that that memory card that came with the computer is a Patriot 8GB DDR3 1600MHZ, not a DDR4 like it was on computer specification. I will Contact CyberpowerPC and requested to have the correct memory card that I already paid for ship to me, or I will return the computer.

Just got this desktop about 2 weeks ago and it really outperforms my expectations! Love it!

The computer started out great the first day. Hooked it up got into Windows setup and everything was running fine computer was quick with the SSD that had windows installed on it(For anyone curious it's a Sandisk 128 GB SSD). Then trouble started the second day after powering off for the night. I turned the computer on and immediately the computer blue screened it restarted ran without a hitch gamed for a good 3 hours straight it was silent and super stable. This is about 4 days after i got the pc and this morning turned it on and the computer won't boot. There is a Red LED on the Mobo indicating Ram Failure that flashes to the CPU Red LED every so often for a half a second and then goes back to the Ram LED. When i get up i'm going to call CyberpowerPC to see what is going on and if all goes well i'll revert this to a proper review and give it the 5 stars because the computer is amazing if this wasn't happening.

Best Computer Ive Ever Had Period. The Startup Was Amazing And Ive Played So Many Games On This Computer And I Love
