I purchased additional ram at the time of buying this, basing it on the specs listed on the website and was disappointed to find that the motherboard caps speed at 2666MHz, effectively making the 3000MHz ram pointless. What is odd is the included ram stick is rated at 3000MHz... I also received a broken keyboard – easy fix but frustrating. It’s a great value, mid-level gaming PC, but overall, just unsatisfied with the purchase due to the misleading specs and will be returning.

After 6 months pc doesn't even work anymore trying to contact cyber power about my one year warranty and no one sewms to want to help. Cant get the geek squad out as well. Should have bought the apple computer but I just had to have a gaming computer. I have no clue what could have happened. I only had a few games downloaded and I only watched youtube videos online and was trying to complete a book and some doodling but that should not make a pc just freeze up like so. I really was enjoying it too all the way up to the big freeze

The computer value pricewise is INCREDIBLE.
The only issues that will immediately present themselves is:
8 GB is a bit low for nowadays (personally got me some solid DDR4-3600 2X8GB and replaced it before i even booted once)
Additional note if you do similar: My experience has been, doing that was a great idea but, for a reason someone more technically inclined would have to explain, when the X.M.P setting is on in the bios, it made my computer require three attempts at booting before it did. (Was fixed once I turned X.M.P off. Likely too much voltage)
Though even with that, VERY nice of CPP or the manufacturers of my motherboard (which is an Asus Z390 in my case) to automatically turn on X.M.P to upgrade the single 8GB memory stick in here.
The GPU: Nice for the price.
The CPU: Even nicer! (Currently rated as one of the top 20 on UserBenchmark. No other CPP computer at this price point has such a powerful CPU.) Does it NEED to be this nice? Not at all, a lower quality CPU will serve this just fine. But it allows a better upgrade path for my GPU. (Personally aiming for a 2060 Super far down the line)
Valorant FPS (Highest graphics): 240+
Apex Legends (Highest graphics): Ran at 60+ (likely more, didn't unlock the frames)
Modern Warfare's Warzone (High graphics): Ran at 60+ (Had to modify a thing or two for brief issues but otherwise ran well!)
Doom 2016 (Ultra/highest graphics): Smooth as butter.
(WILL EXPAND THIS GAME LIST OVER TIME. I feel it would be a pretty good judgement to know what games do well at their highest graphics)
The memory? Wouldn't know but given the price point; Look for an upgrade. Will be much better long term.
The motherboard? As it locks all memory at 2666hz (Something to note when looking for a motherboard, likely little to no prebuilds will have a 3000hz+ motherboard at this price range.) Personally will be attempting to swap it out with another once I have more money, but you don't notice the 2666hz difference unless you know your memory should be doing more. (Could do some messing around overclocking in the bios, but I'd recommend looking into that before considering it.)
The power supply? As many other reviewers here have mentioned; the branding of it is mostly unknown. I've seen it be mostly half decent power supplies through so, I'll give CPP benefit of the doubt there.
The SSD? This was my first SSD experience and wow, seeing the computer awaken so quickly is such a powerful moment for me. I've been used to waiting for a good minute or two but now it's a fraction of that time. Idc if its 'small' for the price range, I'm not mad at it.
The HDD? No complaints, maybe a bit small but I own a second external drive anyways so its not a huge concern. (Consider an external or internal upgrade of this caliber down the line. If SSD 1 TB is cheap by that point, would highly recommend. If not, get a 2 TB that's well reviewed.)
The case? Very comfy. The LEDs feel a little cheap if you just stare at them long enough but the performance should more than allow you to see past it.
Is this the perfect prebuilt? Not at all, but for the price; WHERE they cut corners is absolutely non problematic. And I checked out prebuilds from CPP (on Best Buy or Amazon) and the value just does not match this one.
Pros: That incredible processor, the ability to upgrade your GPU down the line with most ANYTHING (as long as it fits, and any upgrades you consider SHOULD fit since the 1660 Super fits.), (haven't thoroughly checked but-) potential overclocking capabilities, runs most anything from 2018 and before very well. (Probably could say 2019/2020 but the specs get a bit more hit and miss on what games are completely functional the more recent the title is.
Cons: JUST NAME THE POWER SUPPLY ON YOUR PAGE CYBERPOWER! We know its 600+ but give us an idea of the 80+ (metal) rating too. Even if its meh, as long as its not bad/detrimental, for everything else considered, I personally think its fine. The 2666hz limitation memory-wise and the low memory that comes with it.
4.45/5
P.S. Look into a 2060 Super down the line. Years from now when there are 3XXX units, when a 2060 super is below $275 (or you catch an incredible deal) COP IT! It isn't necessary for the most part but it will improve any game's FPS and highest graphics that I've listed and far more.

Upon delivery there was obvious damage to the chassis of the tower which is absolutely ridiculous to have spent so much money on a product that might as well be considered used quality not brand new and pristine.

I've been out of the PC gaming scene for a long time, and I decided to get back into it mainly due to VR. So when searching for a PC I needed something that was going to be VR ready and not completely destroy my bank account. This PC checks all my boxes, and runs pretty much anything you want (non VR) at 1080p with at least 60fps max settings. I'm super happy with the performance, and the case is pretty too. 2 things to keep in mind, you will want to upgrade the RAM (you'll want 16gb) and even though this PC is decently powerful, there are some VR games that may struggle. The beautiful thing however is that I'll be able to update the GPU down the road without having to start from scratch again. So all in all this is a great system for the price, would recommend.

perfect and easy to set up. Only problem is I forgot to order speakers so anyone reading this make sure you have a audio source. Runs beautifully on a lot of games like Counter Strike, Rainbow Six Siege (massive difference from my PlayStation 4). I was afraid because of the Intel i5 core but I studied each piece in this package and for once I can say I found a store sold PC perfect for a LARGE variety of gaming and other functions! I am 1,000% happy with my purchase THANK YOU BEST BUY!!!

The cyber power pc is really good and work perfectly. The only downside I had was the blue light on the top. Had no way of Turning off. But other than that it was great. Not loud at all and runs games at 60 FPS.

The desktop was easy to set up and was lightning fast when booting and shutting down. The gaming keyboard and mouse are just as good as top brand mid tier gaming keyboards and mice.
This computer plays current gen favorites like Fortnite and Rainbow siege six at maxed graphics with zero lag. The graphics are amazing and the registration process was very simple.
Overall this was a great purchase and I would definitely buy another and recommend this brand and computer to anyone looking for a quality system.

Great Gaming PC, Works With Oculus Rift & Quest 2!

This is a great computer, I purchased it for my husband and he uses it daily for gaming. We bought it primarily to be used with my old Oculus Rift (the original) which I bought years ago and was never able to use until now due to not having a gaming computer. It works great with games on high settings and plays Oculus Rift games effortlessly as well. It was such a great computer and at a decent price that I'm planning to buy myself the same one in the near future so I can use the link cable feature on my new Oculus Quest 2 to play my old Rift games on. My husband has also bought himself a Quest 2 as well so this computer is tested and working with both the Rift and the Quest 2 with the link cable. You'll need a 3rd party link cable, however, as the official Oculus cable is a USB-C cable, and this computer, unfortunately, doesn't have a USB-C port. It does, however, have multiple USB 3.0 ports so a third party USB 3.0 cable like the "Anker USB C Cable, Powerline USB 3.0 to USB C Charger Cable (10ft)" that Oculus recommends on their support page works great, so long as you plug it into the correct port on the back of this computer, not all of them are compatible with the Quest 2 from my experience so you may have to try plugging into several of them until you find the right port, that's what I did, it only took a minute of trial and error to find which was the correct port. I highly recommend this computer for gamers, and can't wait to get one for myself as well.

I initially wanted to get a pc for a few less hundred dollars. After COVID hit, just about everything in my price range was sold out. However, I'm not disappointed in the least by this PC. I'm a casual gamer, and it has served much more than its purpose. Well worth the money.

I spent months looking for the best deal I could find on a gaming PC to really dive head first into PC gaming from an old laptop. It has worked wonders, runs every game I have thrown at it: CS:GO, Valorant, Overwatch, Modern Warfare, Destiny 2 easily at 60+ frames and often times over 100! I wish that it came with 16 GB of RAM instead of 8, but that upgrade is easy enough!
