Awesome Pc would totally recommend it works GREAT!

I purchased this pc in May 2020, real excited since it had good name brands and seemed like a steal with the price they were asking. When I first got it, it was already faulty, hdmi would turn off the whole pc if you were to plug it in. Had to replug everything since it was refusing to startup. Once I got it to startup, it was easy and fun. Was able to play all the games I wanted and for the first month, it was great. Then after a month, it suddenly shut off on me in a middle of a game without warning, as if someone pulled the plug. I decided to check it into a computer shop to see if it was my power supply or it was overheating. We went through WEEKS of trying to figure it out, replacing the PSU (nope), getting a new liquid coolant and replacing the fan (nope), readjusting the GPU (nope), and then we finally thought we solved it by replacing the possessor and I was able to finally play my pc again. Mind you, the temps this pc was pushing when I first opened it, was around 180F and that’s not great for a brand new pc. Especially since they advertise that it’s VR ready. Now I’ve replaced the fan, the possessor and now the entire motherboard. Cyberpowerpc wouldn’t return calls or even connect me with anyone for hours while I was waiting on hold. I’ve tried multiple times on different days. When the tech guy finally gave me back the pc they’re been working hard on for an entire month, they said the possessor was faulty, the motherboard is faulty, the fan was sucking hot air into the processor which was making it overheat, the cable management was horrible. The thermal paste was so bad they’re surprised the pc even ran, there was gaps between the processor and the motherboard. TLDR: don’t buy cyberpowerpc. You’re better off building your own. You’re paying for the brand names but with really bad labor work.

From the moment I opened the box their was a problem, the lights were not working and some of the fans. I called the company and they had me open the side were the motherboard was and reconnect some wires that were not connected. it has always froze after about a half hour of play, sometimes it will kick you from the game sometimes it will just freeze for about 2-3 min and then go back playing. The graphics are not even as good as my husbands 6 year old computer.

This pc is the best pc for my opinion at this price range because its VR ready and its also compatible for alot of games like Red Dead Redemption 2 which is a game that requires alot of video memory but this pc can handle that.

This PC for the price is worth it. If you add up all the parts to this pc, it will be 50$ off. Also this pc runs very smoothly and comes with XMP which means the ram is used to full potential. I’m very satisfied with this PC

the graphics card had a problem when it arrived i don't know if it was broken in shipping or it was defective. Other than that before i noticed the problem it work fine.

I'm so happy to have went with the CyberPower Gaming PC vs the SkyTech Gaming PC. This one is much better and I highly recommend. It also arrived much earlier than estimated which was a huge bonus.

this is my first computer and i loved it, i've been looking for a computer and my friend told me about this one and i'm very comfortable

The computer works extremely well and the including mouse and keyboard are great. Has 3 extra ram slots and a spare graphics card slot.

it came packaged really well and the mouse and key provided are pretty great also overall great buy!

As my first computer, I really enjoy it right not burn we will see down the line how it performs.

Like this PC so far. It's also nice that it has additional slots to increase the RAM.

I'm really glad to see so many people happy with their purchase. Me...not so much. I confess, I bought this over a year ago and should have returned it but alas, didn't...so no one to blame but me. Anyway, I've had problems with it almost right from the git-go. My other computer crashed and I needed a computer QUICK...so I went into Best Buy so I could get one immediately. Almost every time I boot it up, I got a "kernel panic". I took it to a repair shop and that problem seems to be better now. However, my mouse will suddenly stop working, I have a lot of lag when I am trying to work with two or more programs at the same time, it freezes up on me more than occasionally and other minor problems that are earth shaking but the are very annoying. I won't buy another one. The next time I need a computer, I will have one built for me at a local computer shop.
