Good price and a excellent performance for gaming!

Let’s get the obvious out of the way to start... this is a prebuilt PC. CyberpowerPC will use whichever parts they have handy in putting it together, and you won’t get the performance out of this that you would with a custom built, overclocked gaming rig with more, faster RAM. But for what you pay for (getting this for $1799 during the Black Friday sale), it’s got a ton of gaming horsepower. It’s simple to set up and get going out of the box. Do be sure to check the wiring and internal components before powering it up, to make sure everything is connected. This should be very easy to do, by just unscrewing the thumb screws on the glass window built into the case. Anyway, onto where the rubber really meets the road, performance. I threw the most graphically intensive game at this that I’ve got (Star Citizen), and it ran excellently at 4K, very high preset graphics settings. Make no mistake, the GTX 2080 is a beast. Moving on, cooling is air-only, and you’ll be able to hear that the fans are running. It’s not annoyingly loud, and they do their job. After playing a marathon multi-hour Battletech session, the exhaust was marginally warmer than the exhaust produced under idle load. All told, I’m very satisfied with this computer. The only complaint I have is that the mouse that came included in the box wasn’t working. I’ve got a claim in with CyberpowerPC’s support about this, but in the mean time didn’t think it was fair to dock the computer because of a defective add-on. To close, I’d recommend this computer on sale, but not at full retail price of over $2,000 plus tax. It does what I want it to, is fast and responsive, and is a computer I can see maintaining its performance levels for the next several years without needing major upgrades.

The computer arrived packed very well. Setup was a breeze. Very impressed with the performance. The problem I soon discovered is no where on the computer is a Windows authentication number. The quick start guide says that I probably won't need one. but Windows is barking at me to activate it with the 25 digit code. The quick start Guide also says that in case I do need it, it can be found on the forward corner on the upper right side. Nothing there. Of course I learned all this on a Saturday morning and their support doesn't work on the weekends. It would have gotten five stars if not for this really stupid omission. I'm keeping my fingers crossed that it lets me work through the weekend.

It runs everything, currently I am playing battlefield 4 and fallout 76... every game I have played looks nice an plays smooth... please do not get this and attempt to play on a 1080p with 60 htz overkill... at least 144 for a superior gaming experience.

This was my third ever gaming Pc and tho I have not had it for every long the time I have had it has been amazing. It looks beautiful, feels beautiful, and runs beautifully. I love it and highly recommend it.

We are very pleased with the gaming performance that this PC gives our students. They are always excited when they get to play after school on this PC.
