I've been shopping for a Gaming/Streaming/Production Rig for a while, and then this thing came along into my feed last November. The parts/pre-build was probably $200 cheaper than what I could do to buy the parts, and build it myself. 8 Months later, I'm VERY satisfied with my machine, and love that it destroys video editing, plays games at 144 FPS without blinking, and is a nice balance to my checking account. That said ---- Two things to look out for: 1) Sometimes CyberPower PC puts in some randomized parts by accident. (Verified by calling into Customer Service at CyberPower a few months ago) Example: In the images for this product on BestBuy.com, it looks like the entire system is RGB. When I received my PC and used the RGB for the first time, I noticed that the fans were not changing colors along with the inside of the case. (The inside looks great however.) When I called them about this - it turns out that the fans were ONLY green, and in fact for this model were not supposed to be RGB fans at all. They told me that I could send it in if I wanted to fix it, but I figured that Green Fans are better than fans with no lights. (You can see the SUPER bright fans in the Pics...... I just wish it was Blue/Purple instead!) Last hitch - I used the extra money I saved on this package on the Geek Squad Protection for this machine. I haven't had to use it, except that sometimes when I was streaming/gaming, my system was getting overheated WAYYYY quicker than it needed to be. Turns out that some of the fans were installed somewhat strangely. Luckily, I brought my PC in to Geek Squad, and they did some testing, and moved some of the fans around. I have not had a problem since. (Geek Squad did great!) So, do I recommend this product? I do; Just make sure that if the machine is NOT doing something right or is having issues, that you contact the support ASAP to figure out what is up. It seems that both of my issues were tied to the fans in this machine. A quick visit to Best Buy took care of it. Again, I've had this machine for 8 months, and it's been rock solid since I cleaned up these two issues. Happy Gaming/Streaming/Content Creation.

Great PC Specs at a fair price for sure. I had some delays with the order, but it was well worth the wait! I highly recommend this beast of a machine to anyone looking for a beast of a machine at a fair/decent price point. This my 3rd CyberPower PC and I've never been unsatisfied with their products. Another thing is when I was having issues with Best Buy's terrible order system. I contacted CyberPower and they where able to help me where Best Buy for some reason couldn't. IT WAS A BEST BUY ORDER! I got more help from CyberPower directly than the ones running the dang retail company.

The computer performs great and is worth the purchase. If i could change anything on it, it would be the power supply. Not that it is bad, but for the performance potential a fully modular PSU would have made this computer perfect. The price at Best Buy was also $900 less than building out through cyberpower with the exact same components. This machine has more power than the majority of users will use for a very long time, and games are fantastic on it and the ultra wide monitor I am using with it.

I got this PC mainly for working at home for my office job. Even though it is a gaming PC, I don't using it for gaming but I tried Fortnite on it and the game runs smoothly. This PC came with a little remote that can supposedly change the colors of the tower, but I haven't been able to figure out how to change the front tower light. It is always green. I would like to make it rainbow like how the picture shows, but I can't figure that out.

Quick set up, super fast and never misses a beat! Couldn’t ask for a better Rig!

5 years later and this PC is still doing great! I just recently replaced the graphics card and upgraded the ram. I’m pretty happy with the quality of the parts and the build. It handles most games at full resolution and it can handle all design programs.

overall great quiet and fast 1 issue is that one of the fans were not plugged into the motherboard im debating if i should plug it in or not because it was zip tied short

This PC has been great to use. Easy set up and use. PC isn’t loud at all and changes colors nonstop. Worth the money!

Let me start by saying this GPU being Dead on Arrival is not Cybers fault. I bought this PC and after 5 minutes of using it had the screen went black and never came back on. Do your research 2080 ti cards failing left and right. Not sure what to do from here on out. Lots of people reporting multiple 2080 ti GPU failures. To spend 2700 dollars and a PC and have this happen within ten minutes of use is baffling. Very disappointed

Graphics card is in code 43 failure immediately upon setup. Very disappointing and discouraging.
