This pc has awesome specs and works wonderfullu out the box. All I needed to get separately was a moniter. Very customizable, but the opening instructions to open the tempered glass to get to the internals were vauge. You had 2 screws on the top that needed to be unscrewed to pop the glass out. But overall, as a person who is migrating from Mac to Windows Pcs, it was a very easy experience!

Bought this to replace my first gaming computer. This makes that computer seem like a toaster. Much faster and runs every game I play with no problem. It does heat up the room a lot faster as a result!

It is a powerful computer and can get the job done

It's been a good experience so far, though I have ran into some stability issues with very demanding games. I think the power supply unit powering this PC has something to do with it. The motherboard that came in this was a bare bones ASRock board, which is fine, but overclocking with it is probably not a good idea. Everything else is fine, though. Intel Ultra 9 285k CPU, 64GB of T-Force Delta RAM that seems very solid, a Gigabyte RTX 5070Ti, and 2TB of ADATA M.2 SSD storage (not the best for speed, but not the worst). I think for the price it costs, it's a fair deal, and some corners have to be cut. But for the love of God, please use a quality brand name power supply, like a Seasonic or Thermaltake. That will make or break a pre-built system.

I have nothing but good things to say about this PC. I recently upgraded to this prebuilt from my old rig and it blows it out of the water. It has been nothing short of amazing and runs everything at 4k in high and ultra with ease.

Recently got this pc through best buy, it has been great. Its been a nice upgrade to my current setup. Only complaint it that the case on the box didnt match the case for the build. Other than that, a great pc.

Great case. No metal on outside case. It’s all glass. So it doesn’t get very hot. I just want and cpu. So I will return this
