I got this computer cause i needed something good for the next 4-5 Years cause i was tired of upgrading my computer over and over. The moment i got this computer i found it was worth the investment. It has great graphics, great speed and i can expand the ram if needed. Also a big plus was having a mice and keyboard that came with it so that saved me some money. Over all this computer is great and i would recommend it to many of my gaming buddies.

A winning budget gaming machine

I haven't done many gaming computer reviews in a while, but while browsing in the section for a client at home I ran across this and became interested in looking at the specs.
Let me start off by saying...this computer is well worth the price. Get it insured, and start gaming asap.
As always let's start off with the dimensions of the case itself. The X-Titan is a cyberpower special case. The case has plenty of room for adding liquid cooling, large gpu's, and etc. The case goes for retail for about $50-60 on Newegg.
The processor, let me start by saying that the processor...it may say 3.8ghz and for many people is plenty of power but I PERSONALLY do not believe this was the best cpu to be used in such a machine. I would highly advise any ultra setting gamer to consider getting at least an 8320 if not an 8350. The 4300 cpu retails for around $100-110 on Amazon. For around $75 more you could get an 8350 or for $60 more you could had got the 8320 instead of the 8350. Either way, both the manufacturer and BestBuy could flip a profit on that. according to my calculations when I built this retail just to compare pricing.
Let's now talk about the GPU. The GPU is the graphics card, the display card, the video card whatever you want to call it. It's what gives the extra kick to games to be bale to hold lots of textures and to play games at full detail. Unfortunately the only and this sort of "unofficial" but I saw on TomsHardware where somebody said that you could get 2 of the 270X's to 90 FPS on Battlefield 4.
The one thing I will say about crossfiring/sli of any type is that they generate a lot of heat overall. I don't think you would see a lot of improvement of dual 270X from a 290X on a single monitor either, but maybe on a dual monitor set up. I was kind of shocked by the power requirement for dual gpu's though according to my test build I made to check retails values it only takes a 550-600W PSU.
I would suggest this desktop to a gamer who wanted something on sale, on a budget, that would run all of the newest games and at a decent fps on ultra, and who had knowledge on how to update certain parts of the computer a future time.
I would also give a case of warning, the CPU won't heat up much but you WILL see heat from the 2x 270X. I would advise any person considering this to also make plans to buy a new cpu and a new liquid cooling system, and maybe even a ssd if they really wanted it.
Overall when I tried to build this it still costed me somewhere around $810-830 which isn't too bad. They are only making about $75 while this is on sale so I would suggest you grab this.
Also be advised that there is NO vga port on these cards so you will need to have either a dvi or hdmi cable to go with your monitor, meaning your monitor needs to have dvi and/or hdmi.

I bought the Cyberpowerpc mega miner desktop for work purposes. I am a game designer, and needed a desktop that could handle the software I need to use for work. This computer ran like a dream for almost two months. Then, the power supply went out. Geek Squad was not allowed to fix it, so I had to send it to the manufacturer. The manufacturer then proceeded to "lose" my tower in their warehouse. I have still not had it returned. There are better pcs out there. If you are looking for a good computer with good customer service, don't get this computer.
