Bulbs are surprisingly easy to pair and link to Alexa. Given other reviews, I had expected more difficulty. However, the app is limited in functionality.

I absolutely love these. They are perfect for movie night when you want to have the light color match the movie, when you are laying in bed and only want a small amount of light, or any other time. I love that I can leave a room and not have to worry about if I turned the light off. I have many times gotten into bed and forgot to turn the living room lights off so instead of having to get up and go downstairs I just turned them off from my phone. Super fun and convenient.

I thought this product would be just alright but once I got it set up and learned the app, they are amazing. So many colors and options to choose from and easy to set up. Sometimes a little glitch but very good.

Great lighting works like a regular light bulb and has so many different color option and works perfectly with alexa

Bought these at a great price. My son loves them. We have Phillips hue light setup which requires a hub. These light bulbs are much better as you do not need a hub. Basically plug and use with an app.

I absolutely love these lights. I have a Google nest and hub that it works amazing with. And I love the colors.

If you will be using an Android device to control the bulbs, you may want to look at the Google Play Store and check out the C by GE app. The feedback is not good for the app experience. Because of the likely problem with an Android device, I decided to put the bulbs in an area where they would be used by an iPhone user. I am happy to say, that the bulbs installed easily, were paired with the Wi-Fi on the first try, and worked great. Reading the Play Store reviews, it sounds like the app will logout and various other things may happen to cause the bulbs to not function properly over the course of the first few weeks. I will update my review if there are problems for the iPhone user with these bulbs.

Easy to use. Pretty cool on changing color from phone It'll be much cooler if it could also act like a strobelight.

These are great! We set these up to come on a few minutes before sunset in our interior lamps, controlled by Alexa.

Very good smart bulb! It changes colors just fine... and they it works just fine with Alexa! I haven't use the other bulb at this time.

Great quality and price. Very East to sync with Alexa, but you do have to download the Cync App. There are many color options when using Cync. Can’t beat the price.

So far, so good. Bought 2 boxes. Renovated the ceiling of our front porch with tongue and groove lumber and added 3 recessed lights. Took a couple of tries to get them set up in the C app then set them up to work with the Alexa app. Works like a charm. I have them timed to come on at sunset and off around 2AM. Have the 4th bulb in the house to illuminate a wall area, also using Alexa to turn on and off. I have the Hue system and was planning on buying more Phillips bulbs until I saw these and the price. Happy I did. Infinite colors. Using purple now but will change to holiday colors like a red, a white and a blue for Fourth of July.

I bought these bulbs to fill in some gaps of my Hue lighting system at a fraction of the cost. I was loathe to download yet another smart home app on my phone/tablets, but seriously, Hue is way too expensive. The GE app (called Cync) isn't terrible as smart home apps go. It paired my lights very quickly and synced them to the Alexa app with no problem. Alexa integration works well. I was a bit amused by how they blink on -- one by one. The problems: The color reproduction is poor, especially when compared side-by-side with Hue bulbs. There is no app that I have found that can integrate these bulbs with the Hue ecosystem -- other than Alexa (you can command a room with mixed bulbs to, say, red), so no setting up colored scenes with these and Hue bulbs, and wireless switches and motion sensors for Hue bulbs will not work with these. This wouldn't be much of an issue if you want to put some of these in a separate room, BUT, if you want to control them with a GE wireless switch and/or motion sensor, they WILL NOT work with Alexa/Google/Siri. So if I want to control the room that these are in with a switch from GE I lose Alexa control. What sense does that make?? I will not buy into the GE ecosystem any more. Especially since I have since found a brand of bulbs that integrates perfectly into the Hue system at half the price of Hue bulbs.

exactly what I needed! works as expected, easy setup and app install! cheaper than hue lights and works just as well.
