I love the camera so far but I can't seem to view my camera feed when I'm away from home. It's really strange and frustrating. I have 4G lte internet on my phone and have unlimited data. Not only that but it was frustrating setting up and getting it connected to my wifi. I am very knowledgeable when it comes to cameras. I used to work for NEST but with nest you can view the camera feed anywhere you are without any issues. When I'm at home I can see my live video, but I can't view it from my app when I'm away from home and not connected to my wifi. Help someone! Also I can't seem to find a customer support number

Camera provides great view. Wide visual range. Nice play back quality of video. Small enough to tuck away out of view.

Camera is a great improvement over my previous camera. Recording quality is great. I have it constantly recording without notifications so I have to remember to change the notification setting when the house is empty. In my setup at home I could use a narrower view. With this camera I feel I have a better chance of identifying an intruder should there be a breakin.

This is the third D-Link camera I have purchased. It takes a really nice video and picture. It's perfect for loft living with it's wide angle lens.

The installation was a hassle. However, it was worth it. I'm in love with this camera. The continuous recording was what I was looking for, and the 180 angle is awesome! You can log into the account from different devices at the same time. It does seem there might is a problem with the live view using Safari and Internet Explorer. I have no problem with the live view using Chrome on my PC computer and my android phone. I do have the camera behind a dirty window during the day, and it records well. When I turn on the night vision, I place the camera out of the window, since the light reflects off the window and you're left with recording the actual window instead of through the window. I've developed my own system, but this simple security camera has worked out for me.

I needed a security camera with excellent night vision and voice recording. I called Belkin, and they suggested me, this model. I got it from from Best Buy for less than $200, and i can say that it worth the money. the 1080 recording is amazing, and I can hear everything in the area, while i am watching it through the iOS app. I highly recommended to everyone who is looking for something professional and not very expensive.

For the $200 price point I expected this to be truly plug and play. Unfortunately I spent a lot of time trying again and again to hook into my wifi. I was successful every time but then it would quickly loose connection and then I would have to reset and start over again. Documentation is absolutely poor. D-Link's packaging encourages you to call them if any problems, however I think they fail to realize that I paid a premium for this camera, not for the 180 image but because I wanted a product that I can set up very easily - I don't have time to waste on the phone. One other thing - very important - the image is not 1080, it's only 720. The D-link Lite app just works oddly, it doesn't remember my camera and look for it automatically, rather it searches for any camera that's part of my network so of course when it finds the DCS-2630L it asks me to reconnect all over again. The D-Link app might be better but they want me to pay additional money for it and I'm not going to risk an additional $1 for something that I have no idea if it will be any better. I'm better off going to the baby store and buy a baby monitor - plug it in and it works. I'm returning this camera to Best Buy tomorrow.

Easier to use than the pan and tilt cameras. Just zoom into the part of the farme you want to see.

When trying to speak over the unit , the person on the other end cant understand what you are saying. They hear a lot of static on there end. When I try to listen the sound is so low you cant hear anything . We made every effort to fix both these problems because the video area and quality is perfect. wide range of view. The night video is very clear, just like the lights are on. The text feature works with a slight lag of a few seconds. As far as video and quality i found this perfect. Audio was the problem for this unit.

the only reason i returned it was because it does not have cloud recording. also the sd card kept giving me error messages. the wide angle wide is amazing. it covered so much space that you wont need to buy so many cameras. if only they had some sort of cloud recording

camera quality is beautiful, almost perfect...........but the app is terrible, its sad.......do not buy please!

Excellent wide angle for indoor, very sharp and good night vision. I would have given 5 starts for more portable camera, its very large when compare to nest cam!!

This was easy to set up with my network and view through the D-Link apps on my iPhone and iPad. Even though it is a 180 degree field of view the design leaves very little distortion in the picture.

Its way to much if you want to keep recordings on an sd card. Useless. The camera has to constantly be reset. This was one of the first wireless security cameras I ever bought. I have since moved on to using Arlos which I am much happier with minus how expensive they are.

Really like this camera, I prefer this security camera than the nestcam (expensive setup) and arlo (just good because of waterproofing). A lot of other camera fail to realize they are just better quality web cam, this one take recognition and adds to itself, with the added microphone, speaker, micro sd (which makes it affordable to store footage) and the optional dvr hub (external HDD) it make it the ideal setup for 1st time security cam purchaser.
