The camera is good but you can not set it up very far from your internet.

Purchased another camera after buying one 2 years ago. I definitely see the improvement on the clarity and ease of use. Works perfectly as long as you have good wi-fi speed.

Overall the camera is decent quality and I like that footage can be saved directly to it with expanded memory. I didn't like that some of the other cameras pretty much required a subscription to keep footage in the cloud.

I bought several of these cameras to replace aging Axis wireless cameras for my home security system. Camera and dlink monitoring service are high quality but audio is very poor. You must buy an microSD card if you want to record, and it does not have the option to record in the cloud, even though you can view recorded video remotely. Hopefully future firmware updates can fix audio quality and a dlink provided cloud based recording service. This camera has limited value as a security camera if the criminal can steal the camera and take the evidence of his crime with him/her.

Its what you really need when you are away from home

This camera works great. It has a super clear picture and was very easy to setup!

We are considering this camera for some adhoc security solutions in our 35 company locations. Our corporate standard is Windows 10 desktops and Windows 10 phones. Currently, to set this camera up you need an ios, android or Windows 8.X phone. You CANNOT set it up from a desktop OR a Windows 10 phone. So.. right off the bat, the camera was useless to me... until I found an old 8.1 phone sitting around. It did not have cellular service, but with wifi, I was able to set the camera up. After that, I was able to use the camera from Internet Explorer on Windows 10 desktop. Microsoft Edge does NOT work with their myDlink website due to an incompatible driver needed for the video feed. I contacted Dlink and after 5 days, they gave me an email stating that they will be releasing a Windows 10 universal app that will work on our Windows 10 phones. That's good news... and when it comes true, I will come back and give this camera 5/5 stars.

Exactly what I was looking for. 180 degree coverage and no monthly fees. SD card works well as well as remote access. Only downside is that it is a bit bulky.

We bought this for our living room, and love it! It covers our entire living room and gives us peace of mind while away. We originally bought it over other cameras, because we had a cap on our internet usage and didn't want it uploading to the cloud. This uses a micro sd card, and we can go back a week in time to review footage if needed. I would definitely recommend this.

Good video, works well. Had some trouble setting it up initially and the speaker echoes really badly when trying to speak through the camera.

for the price, very good camera. Been reliable over this first month. Relatively easy, quick set up.

Pictures high quality and easy to use. The app is incredible and works well with an iPhone.

The quality of the picture is pretty good. It's the only D-Link camera I have that connects to my 5GHz network, so it's fast.

This camera was so easy to set up and use. The main reason why I purchased this camera in the first place was to check on my cats while I was away on a trip. This was the first time that I was leaving my pets alone. I was able to watch a live feed any time that I wanted to. I now use it anytime I am away from home even if it's for a few hours.

Camera has great picture quality. Ability to consistently stay connected to network is suspect. Have to unplug and plug in camera so that it will connect to network.
