This series is one of my guilty pleasures and the whole reason I keep paying the premium cable channels. (Well one of them GoT is another.) I really love this after watching the Borgias series and playing Assassin's Creed II series (II, Brotherhood, and Revelations) and seeing all the characters come to life! I truly wish they would start making the Assassin's Creed series like this! I digress. The characters in this series are mesmerizing and there is lust, deceit, and action around every corner! I am anxious to see how they continue the plot and the series of mysterious plots this story takes you in! It is definitely worth the money and the time! You won't regret it!

I picked up the dvd version of this show mostly as a collector's item of one of my favorite shows. Although the quality is pretty good, get the blu ray version if you have a blu ray player. I love the packaging that both sets come in, plus I'm sure that if you give this series a chance, you'll probably love it as much as I do! Just as a side note, Starz does it again. I really like many of their series, such as Spartacus, Outlander, Black Sails, and others.

I got this, along with Black Sails, on the buy one get one free deal that Best Buy had. It was a no brainer for me, as I really enjoy this series and had to add it to my collection. That said, if you're not looking for a period series that takes a very different approach to DaVinci's time, then I'd say this series isn't for you. It's definitely out of the box thinking, but I've loved watching the approach and imagining the possibility of Davinci's existence being similar. Historically, not very much that I'd say would be accurate, but again, I don't think that was the point of this series. It's very entertaining overall.

This show just keeps getting better, and the cost of this boxed set is made worth it by the development of Blake Ritson's character of Count Girolamo Riario alone! Unfortunately, Starz has decided to only give the show one more season, leaving room in their following year's budget for the new Evil Dead TV show and bringing their total of intelligently written shows back down to zero. Really Starz? The Evil Dead?

Starting in Post World War 2, Claire Randall, a combat nurse find herself separated from her husband while vacationing in Scotland and is transported to Scotland in 1743 during the Jacobite Uprisings. I watched this as a lark one day on demand and I can't stop watching this engrossing and captivating drama.

Great series...never a dull moment. The writing and acting is excellent. Great locations, great plots and the ride that this tv series takes you on is so entertaining. Can't wait for season 3. This is a must for any one who enjoys history, drama, science and the telling of a great story full of adventure!

I actually sat there and watched the entire 2nd Season in one setting. Time did not become reality until the end of the last episode. Have to get Season 3 to see how DaVinci has this new development - who knew this side of DaVinci existed?

This was a well crafted and acted series that takes you back to a world you could only imagine. Period piece with great costumes and a look at how the world around Da Vinci might have been. Completing my set, so the sale price on this was very welcome.

I was glad to see Season Two of Da Vinci's Demons released. I so did enjoy watching Season One on cable as well as Blu-ray. Missed some of Season Two on cable so it was great to catch up the whole Season with this Blu-ray.

I wasn't sure about this one when I first heard about it but, it only took one episode to get me hooked. With the many "period" series flooding the market right now, this one stand out from the pack.

This series is not for historical sticklers. However, its rift on DaVinci and his life is a wild and fun flight into mysterious cabals and time, the universe and big, grand things like that!

If you are a fan of Da Vinci, this series is a must have for any collection. It gives an interesting perception of the life of the master artist himself senior Leonardo Da Vinci

My review is if you like great paid programming and you can not afford to order it on cable or satellite tv then I would suggest you buy this series...

SEASON 2 NOT ONLY EQUALS BUT SURPASSES SEASON 1 IN SCOPE AND GRIPPING ATTENTION. THE TRIP TO THE AMERICAS WAS THE HIGHLITE. CAN'T WAIT FOR SEASON 3.

an entertaining story following historical figures in renaissance Italy, primarily Leonardo Da Vince in Florence, costumes, scenery all top notch.

The audio and video of each episode is top-notch. The packaging looks great. There aren't many extras or special features with this release.

i have enjoyed this season 2 disk. I am glad to see it has kept its overall draw. it keeps you guessing and wanting to see what is next.

My husband and I love this series. After watching the first season we were addicted and couldn't wait for the second season to come!

I bought the 1st season out of curiosity and after viewing it...I had to buy the 2nd season and so happy I did. Love it.
